We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyThe room was a little small, but you can find everything needed including a small fridge. The elevators are also a bit small.
I think the hotel's emphasis on sustainability is the most important aspect. The slippers were plastic-free. The amenities provided were placed in stone papers. So, I would like to congratulate the hotel management for their efforts for our environment. The location is great. Just a few minutes walking distance from metro and tram stations. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was quite good.

This is my second time staying in this hotel in Milan and I highly recommend it. The location is great, walking distance to the centre but also very close to metro / tram lines. Lovely staff, clean and decent sized rooms. Close to a handful of good restaurants / enotecas.
