Outstanding breakfast with lots of tasty choices — very helpful staff — and excellent location near a beautiful beach

No dislikes, however, the room had no air conditioning, this wasn't an issue for us just an observation that it may be an issue for others in the hotter months. (There was a fan in the room though).

We used this hotel as a stop over after we arrived in Sardinia late in the evening and it served its purpose well. The staff were friendly and helpful and recommended some local restaurants for our tea and even gave a discount to three of them. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding and parking was easy as there is free street parking all around the hotel. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Did not like that I have to leave the key at the reception when heading out of the hotel.

Breakfast was awesome. A lot of options and food to choose from. Nice and quiet area of Arbatax to relax. They also give discount codes for restaurants around the area.

The sound isolation in the room was not quite good. The sound of the elevator was disturbing. Also, the hotel actually has a parking place next to it, but there was another hotel name at the entrance which makes you think that it does not belong to this hotel. It is confusing.

The room was clean. The staff was kind and welcoming. The breakfast was quite good with lots of options including fresh pastries, fruits, cheese, and cakes. They also provided discount coupons for some local restaurants.

Was a bit annoyed with the fact I had to cancel our last night there (5th night), which I told them upon arrival, still couldn’t get even 50% of the paid price back. Breakfast was quite basic.

Lovely place if you are travelling by car, stunning beaches just 15 minute drive away. Room was spacious and clean, nice balcony. Reception staff very nice.

The staff were great and accommodating. We were upgraded for free on arrival. The location is in a small town but by the sea, 300m away and you are on a beautiful beach. There are some great restaurants around. The room was spacious and clean, it had everything, comfortable bed, large balcony. The breakfast was also delicious, they can feel their croissants with various fillings! And try the cheesecake, yes in the morning

I didn’t dislike anything per se, but there were a few things that could have been better. The Wi-Fi could be a bit slow—this only mattered when my flight off of Sardinia was cancelled unexpectedly and slower internet made it a bit more challenging to find a new flight when many people were scrambling to book replacement flights. I may have missed it, but an electric kettle either in the kitchen or in the room would have been great—I drink a lot of tea! Finally, a little table (between the shower and the bath tub, for example, in room 102) would have been great—there wasn’t much room for toiletries.

Friendly and accommodating staff—my friends and I had to leave early for a flight in Cagliari on our last morning, and they had breakfast waiting for us. Beautiful, comfortable hotel, great breakfast, excellent location—a quick walk from the beaches and great restaurants.

Location with car park at rear. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Clean and fresh room with mezamine for bed. Very good breakfast.

Everything about thos hotel is special, the service and friendliness of all the staff was a delight, the rooms large and well maintained, very close to the beach and great restaurants and the breakfast buffet was exceptional.

The only thing we did not like is there is no shampoo in the room.

It was a very nice hotel, great location, and very friendly staff. We also liked the breakfast. Arbatax is so pretty. We stayed there only one night, we regretted that we did not stay there several nights.

Water never got hot for the shower. Initially wifi wasn’t working in room but this was fixed so appreciated responsiveness.

Breakfast was great! Wide selection of foods and friendly staff. Wifi in the room wasn’t working when we arrived but after mentioning to staff was fixed the next day. I appreciate that my concern was addressed.,it was nice to have drying rack for clothes right outside room. (Off the individual patio area).
