Window in the room was working not proper. So, I heard noise of vaporetto all the time. + it was little cold because window.

The staff was excelent and very helpful. Location is perfect, nice view to the laguna.

Great location, just by vaporetti stops, nearby cafes, restaurants and also a 10 min walk to a local grocery store. Also acceptable walking distance to Rialto Bridge and the St. Mark’s Square. A friendly, home-like hotel, with friendly staff, nice and clean room and bathroom. Breakfast available.

The staff were very warm and thoughtful, especially Elisa, who helped us get familiar with the hotel environment and facilities. The lockbox was not working and she quickly found someone to fix it. The bed was very comfortable, the view was amazing, it is so good that the breakfast was delivered to the room, and the location was very convenient to get on the boat to/from the airport or train station.

Very small shower

Location was perfect, right in front of ferry platforms. Easy to travel from the airport. Despite of the busy boardwalk, room was quiet. Breakfast was ok, a little bit modest however.

We had a hard time to find the hotel but its our fault as first timer to the place it's hard to understand the system of water bus route.

We had a great stay at Hotel Vecellio and would definitely book this again if we return to Venice. The location was great - just by the stop for boats (incl. boat to the airport) and a short walk to the centre. We liked the fact that it was in a quieter part of town. The staff were amazing - really friendly, helpful and delivered a fantastic breakfast to our room each day. The room was a good size, comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, TV, wifi, and an ensuite bathroom.

Additionally, the space allocated for breakfast feels somewhat cramped, which could potentially lead to discomfort during peak times. However, this minor hiccup in the hotel's amenities was hardly a dealbreaker for us. Embracing the spirit of Italian dining, we found immense joy in exploring local restaurants for lunch and dinner. The culinary adventures in Venice more than made up for the breakfast experience at the hotel. Sampling authentic Italian cuisine, from freshly made pasta to exquisite seafood, added a delightful layer to our travel experience. In essence, while the breakfast at the hotel doesn't necessarily hit all the marks, the abundance of dining options in Venice ensures that this doesn't detract significantly from the overall experience. For us, breakfast became a lesser concern, overshadowed by the anticipation of exploring Venice's rich tapestry of tastes and flavors.

Breakfast had limited options. You had to fill a form -same everyday- of what you would like to have. The room was tidied up everyday, but I don't think it was also vacuumed everyday. For some reason it was very hot inside and we had to keep the window open to get some air (Did not try air condition, as it was only March).

Next to the water bus stations. You can walk for 15-20 minutes to most landmarks. It was quiet. You had the option of breakfast in the room for free. Kind staff. Hand cream in the bathroom. Venetian decor. There was a can of natural water and one of sparkling water in the fridge when we arrived.

I think the breakfast area should be improved a little bit, there are few tables and the staff is usually very low. Also the breakfast menu is a bit poor, products and food are pretty good and tasty but it should be improved with more choice.

The place is located just in front of the amazing Laguna, you can enjoy your stay while watching at the sea and the boats from your window. The room was ok, not too much space but big enough. Bathroom was a bit small but it comes with all the comforts. Reception staff was amazing and very helpful.

Absolutely nothing could have been better. We are looking forward to trying their other hotel on Lido next trip.

The breakfast was tailored to each guest, and tasty. Staff spoke multiple languages, friendly and had lovely suggestions of things to do and restaurants. The room was very quiet. The hotel was in a perfect location near a water bus stop and far from other tourist highlights.

The shower in the 1st room is very tiny. My boyfriend wasn’t able to have a shower.

It’s a cozy hotel with great and lovely staff. Monica is the best there and she gives you very nice options to eat.

Easy to find upon arrival ... 2nd stop on the Airport waterbus and you just need to walk over 1 bridge and you are there (I read so many other accommodation reviews saying it took them hours to find where they were staying, there is no doubt you will get lost in Venice which is fine when you are exploring but not when you have your luggage in tow) My room was tastefully furnished and comfortable, TV, Fridge, Coffee machine, Safe, Heating (I was there in March - There was an A/C unit but I didn't need it). Staff were all lovely and friendly and informative. The Continental breakfast was sufficient for my needs with the added bonus that they will deliver to your room at no additional charge (you fill a form in with your requests the day before) Served from 8am to 10am.
