For the price and the level of the property, it could have been better cared for and better cleaned.The property is really breathtaking and it should be absolutely perfect, but it had ants in the hallway and the dining area. In many areas the hardwood floor was stained and scratched and it ruined the perfect picture.In the small bathroom, one faucet shower was always falling.The rug in the living room was old and overused, not well maintained. In the master bedroom was quiet, but the small bedroom is right under the road and you cand hear all the cars from early in the morning until late at night.Also, the hydroplane shack is near the property and there are flights all day morning until evening and it's very noisy. They could also use some newer tv, the ones they have are old and you cannot use netflix or other apps, not even mirroring the screen. As we both got sick during our stay, we spent alot of time inside and we really wanted to watch some movies, but...

I simply loved the fact that it was a separate lodge and we had privacy.Also the view was absolutely stunning! The whole lodge was very logically split, every room had a purpose and was logically connected to the other rooms, so every person staying there, had their privacy and comfort.The option of having breakfast brought to your room it's excellent! When we stayed here, it was still cold outside and couldn't enjoy the private minipool or the huge terrace, but i bet during summer it's stunning! I love that they have electrical external blinds, and the kitchen is fully, but FULLY equipped, wich is lovely, because you literally have everything you need if you want to spend the time indoors. The parking is also spacious and safe.The breakfast is absolutely delicious.You have many options, the charcuterie is great, also the bread is wonderful, it tastes like home ❤️ Last but not least, the staff was nice, polite and attentive. Thank you very much for making our stay here a beautiful memory.

The hotel location and view from the room is beautiful. Mattia made our stay spectacular with his service. When we first arrived we were greeted by Mattia and got upgraded to a suite room.

Only negative was the restaurant, which may have been delicious but the menu did not appeal to us.

Literally almost cried when I saw the place and the lake view! The hotel is beautiful, the staff fantastic and the breakfast to die for! We loved it!

It felt cheap to charge €25 for daily parking for this standard of hotel . The restaurant is by no way the standard expected - food wasn’t great and the wait staff were a little stiff in the dinner service .

The location alongside Lake Como is superb, it was easy to find by car and they have some parking facilities. The room was excellent as were all of the staff from reception, bar and restaurant. The meal we had in the evening was also exceptional. All in all I would recommend it and would come again.

The hotel is ideally located with breathtaking views of Lake Como. The hotel is exactly as it appears in its photos (better than the photos in reality). It has old world romantic Italian charm with all modern comforts. Every detail is thought of and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. It was perfect.

Unfortunately we had to change locations due to unforeseen maintenance at Villa Flori but again Mattea made this move as seamless as possible.

We enjoyed everything about this property but the stand out were the staff…in particular Mattea. He was amazing and went far and beyond the normal level of service to ensure our stay was unforgettable.

Parking can be a bit tight

This was the second time we stayed at Villa Flori on our way from Ancona to London. Although weather was not on our side on either of the stays, the experience was memorable. A beautiful period building properly preserved over time located right on the lake offering a stunning view of the lake and surroundings. Staff are very attentive, the room recently renovated and very comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel, which we also enjoyed and breakfast was also great. It's a short drive to Como centre, which combines a peaceful setup with easy access from the highway and proximity to the city.
