It has beautiful view of Toscana and the location is perfect near to The Mall Firenze Outlet and to the city. We travelled with electric car so Village has a charger on parking site.

United KingdomThe aircon in the room was not working properly which made it a bit uncomfortable. The Dinner in the Vineyard was moved inside the factory which wasn't what I wanted. I know it was due to the weather but the music was very loud because we were indoors which made the experience a little less enjoyable and hard to speak to people.
Love the experiences and pools. My daughter enjoyed the farm visit to feed the animals. Wish I could have done the other experiences. Especially the cooking class.

United States of AmericaStaff wants guests to keep and reuse pool towels. Some activities could be improved in their intersctivity. Very slow to replace empty food trays at breakfast. Room fridge too small. No market or convenience store. No property map. Orientation and signage could be improved.

AustraliaWe stayed at a two bedroom apartment a 5 minute walk from the main building. This was three stars at most. Dark, no housekeeping and very basic. The restaurant had amazing views but food here was very average and service not much better when it was busy.
Gorgeous views, super family friendly and the wine tasting (where kids got to bottle and make a wine label) was super special as was seeing the farm animals on site.

GermanyService in the restaurant could have been better with a little more attention. They tried to charge my child for the wine tasting which was ridiculous as he is too small to drink which was definitely not appreciated.
Gorgeous villa in the middle of Tuscan countryside. Excellent facilities with also the option for a farm tour with kids and wine tasting.

DenmarkThe apartment is very close to the hotel and pool area, but several families share one outdoor table, and the furnitures in the apartment are fair but simple. But clean and neat. Very fair for the price.
Fabulous pool area. Most beautiful view of the landscape. Very good restaurant. High quality service. Well situated for shopping in the outlets, only 12 minutes to the highway. But still very quiet and in the real countryside.

Beautiful hotel in great area for both a relaxing and active holiday. Activities are highly recommended, we did the cooking class and wine tasting which are definitely worth the price. Nice swimming pools and also friendly staff, especially at the reception.

United KingdomThe property was absolutely impossible to find. The address on booking.com doesn't correspond to the actual one. The GPS navigation the hotel emailed us, led us to the busy city center. I have emailed them and called using all numbers that were listed during the reservation- had zero response. The main restaurant was rather busy and sadly extremely noisy due to large groups of ill-mannered and super-super-loud Canadian/American tourists, who turned what was supposed to be a pleasant dinner into a nightmare experience.
The staff was wonderful and friendly, both at reception and at the restaurant. The guys were really putting an effort there. The beds are comfortable with good pillows.
