The room and specifically bathroom is very small. In the bathroom, is almost impossible not to be touched by the italian toilet and get to the main toilet! I was 1 person, and pretty small actually, 153 cm and 58kg, and still the bathroom was too small for me!!! Wonder how an adult man can fit :/

There was a smell in the morning coming from the bathroom pipes and/or drains. I reported it to the front desk as we were checking out. Hopefully, it's been fixed.

The elevator didn't good to our floor and we had to go up two flights of stairs.

it is a good location within walking distance of most of San remo. the breakfast was excellent and the staff very courteous. There is parking and for us that's important since it was a driving tour of Europe. The room was large and a view.

We appreciate that when COVID hit you had to distance, however they still seem to adopt the same process when at breakfast. A lady ask what you what you want from the contental and plates it up, it's not self service. But please do be put off by this comment it's lovely I'm just being honest.

Everything! You are a few meters from the beach and town. The place is lovevely and seems like your going back in time. On saying that the bedrooms are modern and very clean. Would definitely recommend and would go back.

Very good location 5 minutes walk from main centre. Parking in hotel's own car park. Room spacious although spartan. Had aircon which in 35 degrees plus was a bonus.

The only problem was that you can hear the people in the other rooms- in case you got problem woth noise while sleeping this might be difficult.

I do not understand the buffet restrictions. It is not any more hygienic the way you do it. Just ceep the buffet open.

Room needs updating and the bath/shower is awful. it’s a half tub with a stepped bottom which makes standing in it quite difficult all the while the shower curtain is clung to you!

Parking was good, room was a decent size and it’s only a short walk into town.

- the bathroom is quite small. Especially the shower. But the temperature and the water pressure is good, which are the most important things if you ask me :).

We were here for one night. We were traveling from the Provence in France to Piedmont in Italy and wanted a day at the beach as well as a great stop between the two places. What we liked the most: - the cleanliness - the location (it’s close to the beach and the city center) - good value for money - the service for the breakfast was good and the breakfast itself was good for the price you have to pay per night.
