Lovely setting over the sea, amazing views. Very clean private and Monica was very attentive and accommodating. Nice secure parking, pool and very well maintained grounds. A short 5 minute drive from the centre of Alghero.

It was tricky to find the entrance at first. It is about 2 km from the city or nearest restaurants and shopping which if you don't have a car could be complicated to get to by foot. Walking on the narrow street is not recommended especially at night. However, you get peace and quiet here.

The facilities and especially the pool were excellent, new and well taken care of. The host was friendly and welcoming. Very happy to host! The olive garden around the pool was great and provided shade for parking. Having parking on site was very useful, given that Alghero has a huge shortage of parking in the city. There is a shared common space where you can order breakfast or have complementary beer and coffee/tea. There is a fridge in the common area to share with your neighbours too. The room was new and the mattress was comfortable. This is a place to get a break from the city hustle!

Beautiful olive grove, quiet and close to town (but you definitely need a car). The two sisters who run the place were very nice and accommodating - they gave us beer and water as a welcome, and had coolers, towels and an umbrella for us to use at the beach. Wonderful pool too and updated facilities. Highly recommend.

As the apartment is located about 2.5 km away from the center of Alghero, it is recommended to rent a car if you plan to stay there.

The hosts are super nice and helped us a lot getting around with us having problems due to not being able to speak Italian. The apartment is newly renovated, the bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning unit very effective and quiet. There is also an air conditioning unit in the shared living room which is a plus. Villa Marianna is surrounded by a beautiful garden and situated in a very calm environment. So it's perfect for relaxing after an "intense" day in the center of Alghero which can be a little loud and hectic.

Cozy and authentic property surrounded by a big garden full of flowers, sculptures and olive trees. After staying in central Alghero for a few days, we needed something more quiet and this was perfect. Though just 10 min from the beach. The sweet hostesses make you feel so welcome and at home. Nothing. You do need a car but not far into Alghero...5 mins drive. Also, that's part of the beauty. What a fantastic spot.

Amazingly friendly welcome, even to the point that beach mats, a cooler bag and then a welcome drink was provided! Room was great, clean, roomy and a lovely balcony for sunsets. Coffee machine was good. Owners obviously really wanted us to enjoy their home and have a positive experience. Thoroughly recommended.

Staff was really friendly and kind. Room was small but clean. Outside is a big privat yard where we could park our motorbike. Love everything at Villa Marianna :)

basic room, quite expensive for what they offer colored bedsheets- big minus for that one would expect to sleep in white sheets in order to be sure they are clean and feel comfortable

nice yard, clean bathroom friendly hosts, they waited for us to do the check in at 23:00
