The room was quite small and the bathroom was slightly run down, however it was clean.

Excellent location, amazing breakfast, very friendly staff speaking very good English. Very good facilities including an excellent gym for a hotel. Very well equipped mini bar in the room including healthy snacks, plenty of additional body creams and lotions.

The only single slight issue was house keeping knocking early every morning when we were still in bed.

Staff were exceptional, especially the reception staff and the hotel is wonderfully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very clean.

Location is very good. We stayed in December and all the opened nice restaurants are around. Very nice area. Hotel stuff is very positife. Very very nice breakfast and very nice and clean rooms. We liked the hotel. If we come again. We definetly stay there again

One front desk attendant was not friendly when asked for information but all other staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff that cleans the room goes above and beyond. They even gathered our dirty clothes which I'm not accustomed to. The room was just beautiful as well as the hotel. The veranda out front faces the street but is a nice place to sit or have breakfast. The staff overall was very nice.

Some amenities in the barhroom require maintenance works (eg. leaking shower). The bidet was installed so close to the wall that it was impossible to use it 😊 On-site gym was never available le for us to use and required pre-booking at the reception at least a day in advance.

Perfect location very close to all shops, restaurants, biking and walking paths, as well as the beach. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with great variety!

Parking is a little bit expensive (25€/day) and it is very tight. If you are having a big car, parking will cause some issues.

Ideal location for Rimini, great staff, pleasant spaces for a drink, meal, good breakfast spread, nice bathroom, bedroom itself ok, if a little tight, car parking limited but worked well for us by booking in advance.

Nothing, all was great

This hotel surprised me so much (in a good way)! From the moment we checked in and receptionist gave a small present to our dog - a little bag with treats and roll of poop bags. It was such a nice gesture that made us as dog owners feel very welcome! They also give fresh beach towels every day. All in all - the staff was very helpful about any of our questions. The breakfast was amazing - great selection of sandwiches, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, fresh fruits, fancy croissants with fresh berries and all kinds of pastries. The design of the common areas is great and it is visible that they are taking care of the rooms as well. Our room was very clean, every day they would come and turn around the beds and vacuum/wash floors (which was great because we were coming from the beach with quite some sand). As we checked out and were leaving the garage with our car, it was a very tight space there so receptionist even helped us to get the car out of the garage❤️ from the first moment and to the very last - amazing stay.

The room needed renovation, the furniture looks used for long time. There was small mold near the air conditioning. I highly recommend comlimeaty water at least for the first night after check in. I think it’s little expensive but I guess this was due to too high season stay and the location.

The room was sparkly clean, everyday we had new sheets and towels. The service was excellent. The breakfast is 10/10. Location is also very good, the parking service is very needed especially for the high season.

Despite the strong window glazing/soundproofing the noise level from the concert at the beach was ridiculous on the Saturday. It ended not long after 1am, but from 10pm onwards it was impossible to relax in the room... like being in a nightclub, standing by the speakers having to listen to music you really don't like. I think it was a one-off or a special event and I don't blame the hotel for the concert, but it is something we would like to have known about at check-in. If we had been told we would have planned our evening differently to avoid it as much as possible. We loved the breakfast on the first morning (best anywhere we've stayed) and were a little disappointed that the selection on our second morning was a little more limited, and some items weren't replenished when empty mid-breakfast service. Ordering and getting a coffees was a minor hassle too.

Comfy bed, clean, nice facilities, tasty breakfast options and the staff are accommodating and quick to act when there's an issue. The hotel is very close to the beach and there are good restaurants practically on the doorstep.

On one morning at breakfast there was a bowl of fresh Apricots and there were many flies in the bowl on the fruit. I did not notice the flies on any of the other food. Perhaps the food could be covered better in the summer months when flies etc.are more prevalent.

Location was great, just a short walk to the beach and a short cycle trip to the centre of town. Breakfast was lovely and staff were friendly.
