There were just two things that stood out to me that could be addressed. The location of our room was directly under the pool roof top bar. There was a noise issue past 11 pm the first night that was unfortunate. The next evening it was not an issue :) The other thing I noticed were the condition of the bath towels. They seemed very old and need to be replaced. They were somewhat tattered with threads hanging off the edges. They were thin & worn. For such a nice hotel the towels should be very nice & luxurious.

The property was very intimate and comfortable. The location was fantastic & the staff (Antonino) was so helpful! All of the staff were attentive and friendly.

Excellent location — just steps from the main shopping street, yet wonderfully quiet and intimate. Our room was beautifully designed, with great amenities and thoughtful touches. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their assistance with parking — they met us at a designated spot and escorted us to the hotel, sparing us the stress of navigating the narrow streets on our own. Breakfast was a highlight: absolutely delicious, featuring high-quality products and homemade cakes, kindly presented by the hotel manager. A truly memorable experience — highly recommended!

We liked the central location, which was very close to the main street, and the hotel had the best bed and pillows of all the hotels I've visited. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is not very accessible by car, due its historical location; however, the valet service was great.

First and foremost the staff were incredible: helpful, friendly, and proactive. They communicate with you through WhatsApp which was great and very convenient. The location is ideal and the property beautiful, with great views and lovely rooftop bar and pool

Beautiful hotel, in a perfect location. Absolutely wonderful hotel service and staff. Hotel Villa Taormina was the perfect start to our Sicily holiday. Only regret was we wished we’d stayed three nights instead of two.
