Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndonesiaShower could do with an upgrade in our cabin, and toilet fixed to floor better. But toilet and sink bathroom was very clean and new.
Welcoming friendly staff, natural surroundings, nice breakfast, basic needs in cabin, towels cost extra, cabins clean. Outdoor sitting area available, parking, Last minute bookings possible. 10min from city center. Spiaggia di Punta Negra Beach 2min away by car or walking 10-15min..fair price.

United KingdomProperty was as we expected but hard to keep clean . Shower curtain was useless and every time we showered water filled the whole bathroom necessitating mopping the floor. Very basic but not a problem bungalows need a bit of renovation to bring up to standard (very old - not a problem ) as a bit shabby. Bike hire was a bit expensive €10 per day not per 24rs - but good to have option - bikes also a little creaky - sticky gears etc .
The location beautiful very unspoilt . Close to local amenities and lovely beaches

MaltaWe stayed in the bungalow and it was hot at night (mid July), however there was a fan which helped.
It's an easy bus ride to Alghero because there's a bus terminus very close to the camping village. Supermarket is accessible by walk next to the bus terminus. The camping village is safe, well lit and has a friendly environment. Staff is helpful and always present.

PortugalThe pictures are pretty accurate in what comes to the structures available (except for the wardrobe type one, which would have been useful), the conditions in which those referring to the room are kept need some more care, though... There's a fan but no ventilation devices (nor windows), which makes it hard to breathe (in August at least) if one doesn't keep it on once inside. A mosquito net on the door (for us there was only a broken one on the top tilting overture) would allow to open it not fearing to spend the night killing mosquitoes (as clearly the previous guests did, judging by the number of casualties that still can be found all over the walls...) In general, a bit of maintenance would be good. Breakfast,is good (coffee/tea, croissant with filling, juice), but not exactly as shown online (so maybe changing the picture would be a good idea to avoid further expectations, if I may suggest). No karaoke night during our stay... =(
Great natural location Very nice staff Proximity to beautiful beaches (even though more than 300m away) and cute little Fertilia, with its fine services and port =)

ItalySTAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Where should I start from?! Well I think the price is a good place to start from... 60 euros at the the start of July for a bungalow, is pricey but sometimes the quality can justify high prices and more than make up for it... Unfortunately for us, this was not the case, in fact it's even worst. The first impression was negative, the place looked dirty and not looked after. Before the owner steps in and lectures me on the characteristics of rural camping such as (insects, and wildlife noise) I would like to say, that I've travelled and backpacked throughout Australia for more than a year, sleeping in tents, hostels and rural camping sites in the Australian outback, relied on solar showers and such... I'm very well aware what rural experience means. Rural though does not excuse finding rat shit on the floor of an enclosed building (bungalow) which is supposedly "taken care" of daily... Moreover the smell of mould and stagnation are absolutely terrific, I grew up with a bad asthma and allergy caused by the long exposition to mould and let me tell you, I can endure a little bit of it but the mould present in the bungalow was surely over the limit of health - standards. The place showscases on booking, pictures of the site that seem to have been taken either during the first year of life of the site (early 90's) or in alternate universe where the owner actually took proper care of their business. The place was surely not worth 60 plus euros, especially when B&B rooms can be found by adding an extra 20 euros, rooms that can actually provide you with basic hygiene and that would not cause harm to your health by lacking an air ventilation system. I could go on forever, but short story long, we ended up sleeping in the car and obviously not getting much sleep but I still preferred it to sleeping in that scam of a bungalow that the owners have the boldness to charge 60 plus euros for.

GermanyIt was our first bungalow experience. We began the stay with cleaning our bungalow and chasing mosquitos. Bed linen didn' t look attractive at all, I slept with my clothes on. According to booking portal a portable kitchen and dishes was included, but we needed to pay €4 extra. There wasn't hot water. Either they forgot to open it or we waited less than needed ( but I guess not;)) Really sorry, but I wouldn't come again.
The camping's location, welcoming staff and chocolate croissants with REALLY A LOT of chocolate were the highlight of this 2 days stay. You reach the Alghero downtown in 10 min drive and a lake in 7 min walk. It was a nice sleep among trees and nature.

IrelandThe language barrier wasn't great but we managed. There's only 1 fan in each room and extra fan would be ideal...we could of probably got 1 from reception but we cliamtised... A bit more information in English would be ideal...around reception like bus tickets as u need to download an app n purchase the tickets..
We loved the location and the little village of Fertilia. The bungalow was basic and the beds were comfortable...what more could u ask for while camping. We were first timers at camping abroad and we learned a lot from the trip. The staff at the camping site were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast crossiants were amazing....and great value... The small walk to.the village is safe as there's a walking or cycling path. We had a great time..I would advise to hire the towel bale's....Great value n it saves your beach towels and on carrying extra in your luggage...the atmosphere on the site is relaxing n friendly The WiFi in the common area is very good...and fast and very much needed.. The beaches are amazing...the further along u go the better the beaches.. The town of Alghero is beautiful and to sit on the marina at the bars and watch the sun go down is amazing...loads to do n see if you want

SwedenMosquitoes and wasps were sometimes annoying, especially wasps which persistently wanted to eat from out plates. And smoking neighbours made sometimes impossible to open the window in the evening or to enjoy nice air outside. We took these as a natural small price we had to pay for enjoying the camping and our unforgettable vacation in Sardinia so much!
It's an amazing camping in the middle of the forest at walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Excellent and super helpful staff, fantastic bungalow close to nature and beaches, tasty breakfast. We had everything we needed there and enjoyed our stay so much! We can't wait to come back!
