Room was very small. Breakfast was barely ok except for our last morning when the lady of the house made delicious local pastries. Memorable!

The bed was a bit too small for two adults. Also if you sleep with open windows it might be a bit noisy as it is close to some main roads.

Hotel Visagi is a reasonably priced hotel with cellar parking and very friendly staff close to Pompei archelogico sites. it is about 10 to 15 minutes walk.

Considering the stars, location, facility and price I think the property is well balanced option so… NOTHING.

Very professional and welcoming staff. Ciro, night shift, top. Very handy parking underground. Good location, tricky walk to the center but not an issue to park there so not really impacting the overall score. BRAVI.

It was a little far to walk to from the train station, so taxis rip you off a bit.

My room was located close to the reception and it can be a bit noisy with other guests passing by.

I travelled by public transport but this hotel is better suitable for people travelling by car. It is outside the city center (approximately 20 minute walk). Clean room, simple but decent breakfast (matches the price).

Too noisy at night. Traffic, barking dog, incredibly inconsiderate guests who seemed to think it was ok to stand in the corridor at 2.30 am and chat loudly. Take earplugs!

I really enjoyed my time here and can't really fault my stay, but if I had to mention anything it would be something outside of the hotel's control and I wouldn't feel right mentioning such things.

staff attentive and helpful, whole hotel very clean with comfortable rooms and guest areas. Being located just outside of the main tourist area really helped gauge the difference in price of eating out in local areas versus the tourist trap parts, At a round 10 minute walk to local train station and 15 minutes to the main tourist strip in Pompeii, The hotel is ideally located for travel whilst using a rental vehicle or public transport.

a lot of mold everywhere, not only in the bathroom but also in the bedroom, next to the window. the manager refused to pay me the money back and he started to explain to me how little money he makes with the commission he has to pay as well as what he pays to the cleaning lady. how is it my problem if he has a health hazard in the room and I can’t stay there? He showed me other rooms - all with mold.

I've been in many hotels but the cleanliness in this one went beyond my expectations. Kudos to the one who did the cleaning! I would definitely came back to this hotel when in Pompeii. The stuff was nice and also the parking garage is a plus 😊
