Everything from A to Z. Ms Yara the gust relation was so helpful anything you dee of she would deliver it for you . The family suit was amazing . The staff at breakfast Hassan and Osama , the bar girl Najla , extremely kind and helpful . I feel I left my family behind . The spa was so so clean . The breakfast Was delicious . Everything was excellent & above par. The manager was extremely hospitable and personally checked on all guests and endured we are taken care of. I strongly recommend this hotel for non-Arab speaking tourists and the staff are extremely helpful and polite!

We liked everything about the Amman International Hotel We were greeted with a warm welcome on arrival We had the most Amazing suite The breakfast was delicious Room service was excellent Evening meal was delicious and very big portions The hotel guest relations Yara was absolutely amazing she organised all our trips and was there every morning to greet us with her lovely smile and to make sure we were ok We will definitely be back sometime as I've never experienced such hospitality any where in the world Thank you Yara and staff Special thanks to mohamd our wonderful driver

We were there just for a night before our flight! Wished we could stay longer

Great service , very attentive customer service , Ms.Yara has contacted me with a warming message a day before our arrival. Soon as we arrived to the reception we were well greeted by hotel staff. Breakfast was great 👍🏽 the room itself was super nice loved the decor. Will definitely come back .

A very small point, but the breakfast didn’t include enough fresh fruit…and a no-smoking lounge would have been much appreciated.

Lovely, helpful and welcoming staff, room was fairly large, clean and well appointed. The hotel is far enough from the downtown core to be quiet and restful and yet a short and inexpensive Uber ride to the city. The pool area is clean and quiet although smoking is permitted. The staff strive to meet every request and expectation! This was a great choice of hotel for our needs and we spend another night here on our way home.
