Good location. The hotel was very accomodating to our needs (we needed a very early breakfast because we were leaving for Petra and that was no problem). The guy at the front desk was very friendly. The rooms were big and nice considering the budget price.

Hotel a bit old fashioned, guests didnt respect the non smoking signs inside the hotel and smoked everywhere.

The interior is a little dated, however for the price is this very good value.

The staff both during the day and night at reception were amazing, very friendly and informative. The kitchen staff specifically Fadal was very accomodating. Made us an omelette and pancakes every morning, the latter was amazing! The room was comfortable with good AC well sized beds and clean.

hotel location is great, close to beach, supermarkets and the city center. the stuff was very friendly and welcoming, we stayed for only one night cause our flight was early in the morning, the chef was kind enough to cook us breakfast at 6 o'clock, when usually it started at 7.

Some of the employees did not speak english and it made it hard to pay and order the brekkie. Noisy surroundings.

We liked the room. Was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the guy from the kitchen helped us with special requests (omelette, pancakes). The location is very good, just in front of it is a supermarket and you can buy water and juices. The staff was very helpful. The helped our group to buy cakes in the middle of the night and keep smiling :))).

Breakfast is very basic. If the restaurant next door was open I'd prefered that but it was shut in the morning during Ramadan.

Great staff - very helpful and friendly. Great location - central but quiet, compared to the hotels next door on the main street. 50 meters from a local shwarma restaurant with dish prices £1 - £1.5.

The shower/bathroom were not very clean but more quickly rubbed through after previous guests. We had to wait 10minutes or so for warm water to flow through. The bedsheets were not very clean with some visible stains.

The location of the hotel is great, overall. Close to many restaurants and the central part of the city as well as the bus stops and stations. The breakfast was plentiful and with many options. The staff was helpful and shared lots of tips.

A lot of noise at night.

The check in time was 14.00. We arrived about 4 hours earlier, and they gave us our room. They offer us a lot of indications with what to visit and where to eat. Breakfast was very good. A lot of shops nearby.
