We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Tanzania1. Breakfast since it was served cold the bread was tasteless and with no milk. 2. Room cleanliness - On the first few days the room smelled of cigarettes and the bathroom was not that clean, when I reported to the Manager it was cleaned. 3. Communication. Some of the Front Office staff do not speak or understand English. They only speak Arabic. Since the hotel receives guests from all over the world, they should learn a bit of other foreign languages to communicate with them.
The Hotel location is excellent. The manager and reception staff offered excellent. I can't comment much on the breakfast since I visited during Ramadan and therefore it was served in the room. However, it was the same throughout, and on some days, it was cold, the bread was too dry and tasteless. Otherwise, the dinner was excellent with the exceptional service from Ali, Ahmad, and Salehe. The room was very spacious and in a nice view. However, you could hear the sound of cars passing by the road so it is kind of disturbing during the night.

The hotel surpassed my expectations, with exceptionally friendly staff that made me feel like I was the owner. Hadeer, the receptionist, was very accommodating and nice. Despite the breakfast being simple, it was incredibly delicious. Considering it in terms of value for money, my stay was outstanding.

CyprusRather disappointing experience - overall. Even tho I respect all the staff at Crystal suites hotel I can not sugarcoat this. Internets was unstable. Bathroom with visible black mold in the corner is too much. Struggling with the TV set. Missing batteries here and there. The reception (used to be modern and beautiful) is now meh. Pity because this hotel used to be much better 4 years ago when I last visited. I hope they can improve.
The price was very good and the location is not bad. Most of the staff is very helpful and polite.
