We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaIt should be noted that there is no shower/bath in the room, so if you want to bathe you have to use the onsen facilities. Also, if you have a tattoo there are signs indicating you can not use the onsen. This may make this hotel less desirable for some people.
The onsen facilities are wonderful! The variety and quality of food at breakfast is excellent! Wonderful amenities such as free use of the washing machine, free ice cream bars, probiotic drinks, etc. It’s a very clean, comfortable and customer oriented hotel. I initially found the pillow for my bed uncomfortable. I asked the staff at the front desk if they had a different pillow and they kindly lent me something better for me, which was very helpful!
