We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The young lady who checked us in knows how to speak English very well. She is very friendly and helpful. She helped us to solve the problem with our pocket WiFi by calling to the Japan wireless office and troubleshooted for us. We really really appreciated!!!

SingaporeIt’s quite a distance away from the nearest Odori Station. Not the best choice if you plan to travel elsewhere. For example, I had a day trip to Otaru. So it’s not the best choice.
It is quite near the shopping street. Good choice if you are planning to shop.

The Staffs quite good & helping - we are arrived when the hotel is fully booked and a bit difficult to add room even for only for 1 room - but the receptionist guys really helping us and at the end we got 1 more room
The Location is great - 5 mins walking to Oodori Park, the spot of Sapporo Ice Festival 2024 and 3 mins walking to Tanukikoji Shoping Area
