Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaWe had the buffet and it wasn’t very good especially for how expensive it is. All the food and drinks options were very steep so we just bought from the convenience store.
Beautiful room, we were able to see the nightly fire works display from Disneyland selecting the park room side and we were the top floor. There’s also a Lawson on the ground floor to get food and snacks from 24/7

United Arab EmiratesThere is nothing really around except Disneyland. The food was not great and very pricey for the variety. The restaurants close at 10, which is not ideal if you leave Disney at closing time 9:00- you are left with 15-20 mins max to eat dinner.
Location very close to Disneyland, the room was great and Big for a family of 4.. the staff were friendly..

United States of AmericaThere were no drawers to allow us to unpack our suitcases. The hotel is not in a convenient location for sightseeing in Tokyo. Down feathers in comforter and pillow bothered my allergies but Housekeeping was able to replace them. This is a much more expensive hotel than the other I stayed at in Japan, due to its proximity to Disney.
The buffet breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is very convenient to the Disney resorts.

AustraliaThe room we stayed in was very spacious for the three of us. It is very clean and has everything we need to make our stay a very comfortable one. We really like the Lawson convenience shops in the hotel that we can quickly grab a bite after a long day visiting Disneyland and Disneysea.

AustraliaThere was a delay in getting our room even though we arrived after the check-in time which was a little disappointing. There are lots of food options but not available everyday and operating hours don't necessarily align with the time you head off to or return from Disney.
Great location if visiting Disney. The room was large (although the bathroom was a bit tight), and the 24-hour convenience store is really handy. Great fitness centre.

AustraliaThe bathrooms look gorgeous but sometimes the taps are faulty. Shower-Curtain-Phobia makes it impossible to keep the shower water in its intended place.
The staff went above and beyond. We arrived a little early to check our bags in at the cloak room since room check-ins were hours away and we had places to explore. The reception staff checked us in early, gave us our card keys in advance and arranged for all our baggage to be delivered and set down in our rooms once the rooms were ready. They gave us a nice send off and we were on our merry way to explore the surrounding area, which we did, and so with our room keys in hand. we got back well after the originally scheduled check-in time. We were able to fit more into our day than expected.

AustraliaDidnt fault anything during our stay.
We booked this hotel due to its proximity to Disney Resort - being one of the closest hotels outside the actual resort but right by the monorail station (located across the street so very short walk there each morning). Also booked it due to the impressive looking breakfast buffet and we weren't disappointed. Has a great kids buffet too which my toddler loved. Has a cafe and food shops located on site for when you get back from Disney late at night and need an extra feed. Good food options to take back to the room. Room size was spacious and we needed space with a toddler. Comfortable bed.

United States of AmericaVery minor, but as gorgeous as the Celebrio room is, some of the furnishings are starting to look a little worn.
Very convenient location for the Tokyo Disney parks, 5 minutes away on the monorail. Great staff and lots of food options. Staff got me checked in upon my 9:30am arrival and got my bags up to my room for me while I was in the park. I stayed in the Celebrio Ocean View room and the theming could not have been more beautiful! I loved the little sparkly lights on the headboard and the "warm" or "ocean" lighting options in the bathtub. I love the bathrobe and slippers provided, and the Crabtree bulk toiletries were so nice that I kind of wished they provided little ones to take home but it is more eco-friendly so I liked that aspect. The mod blue couch by the window is the single coolest piece of furniture I've ever seen in a hotel. The view of Tokyo Bay is fabulous and you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear day - I highly recommend it over the "Park" view rooms especially because that view is now mostly obstructed by the new Fantasy Springs hotel. This is my second stay here and the classically themed rooms are also very nice but not as unique.
