Nice newly built hotel with very comfortable onsen on the top floor. Just a bit surprising that a room with three beds is offered for 2 adults and 2 kids (but this seems to be normal in Japan). However, beds were wide and we didn't feel any discomfort when we moved them together. Breakfast offered wide range of tasty local and western food.

The neighbourhood area of the hotel is pretty quiet at night. However, the main public transport options are only a 2-3 minute walk away and the main shopping/eating area of Kokusai-dori is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the hotel.

Modern hotel in a very convenient location for exploring the rest of Okinawa. The hotel is very conveniently located for both arriving from the airport and for exploring the rest of the island by public transport as the Monorail and main bus terminal are only a few minutes away. The staff is friendly and breakfast - where they serve many local Okinawan dishes - is excellent. The hotel rooms are modern and clean.

They don’t have parking for high roof car.

The location is good. The Family Mart, Lawson and 7-Eleven are just nearby around 1 minute walking. The parking is at Dondondonki, walking around 3 mins from/to the hotel. You can keep shopping at Dondondonki. You need to prepare umbrella for walking in case of raining in Okinawa. The breakfast is very nice with a lot of varieties and change everyday. My kids enjoyed the breakfast.

They didn’t have kids price for breakfast. My 9 years old daughter who has very small appetite had to pay adult price.

The property is beautiful and unique. The room is very pretty and comfortable. We enjoyed so much.

great position, you can reach the hotel from the airport via the fast and cheap monorail, it's 300mts away from monorail station; it's 100mt away from bus terminal. Breakfast is good, no raw fish. They have a free onsen on the top floor, very good! Recoomended.

Counter staff has very poor command of English. Keep saying 'I don't speak English' before listening to my queries. Not helpful at all. Moreover, unable to park my rental SUV car at the hotel carpark due to height restriction. No driveway available for unloading my luggage. Need to park at their proposed carpark located about 10 minutes away by walking.

Delicious breakfast and convenient location via monorail. Moreover, public bath is well maintained.

Hotel management can explore installing more hooks in the rooms ... there was almost non-existent shelf space, even though the room was very very comfortable.

Good location that was an easy walk (4-6mins) to the monorail station, with easy elevator access - useful for those with luggage.

Good location, near the monorail station. The common bathroom is modern and clean with good view. Excellent breakfast. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Booking did the old bait and switch. This isn't the hotels fault but ALWAYS check your booking when you click through. The price it showed when I booked and what I paid when I clicked through was a 38% difference. Again this isn't anything against the hotel, RE-CHECK your total when you book

Everything about this hotel was great. Location was a 3 minute walk right off the monorail so to/from airport (and around the city) was easy. Room was nice, clean and if you're a breakfast person the breakfast looked amazing. Little restaurant in the hotel had good coffee, bar and a limited food menu if you're feeling lazy and don't want to go out. Great place in Naha

New facility , well cleaned room , got public bath which is the key point we booked this hotel . Is always nice to soak in hot bath after long day of driving or walking. Room size is a bit small. We have to push around the table and sofa a bit to open our luggage. The room provided some charging cables for electronics and phone. Plus it gives some free bottled water and canned tea and coffee packs. Which is nice. Walking distance to donki for late night shopping. Hotel cafe beakfast is good. Buffet style. And their cakes are surprisingly good. Which is also a surprise as many breakfast don't have sweets or dessert.
