Location was great, situated between Hakata and Tenjin, two major shopping districts. It was easy for us to walk to the shopping areas and drop our shopping bags back at the hotel when we were tired. Only bone to pick is that it is a short 7-min walk to the nearest train station, which may be a tad far if carrying many heavy luggages. Hotel provided complimentary buffet breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The spread was amazing and food tasted really good. Staff was helpful when we needed to call a cab, and was prompt in seating us for our meals. Staff always made us feel welcome. Facilities and amenities were good. There was also a humidifier in the room that was really helpful in maintaining moisture levels in the room.

Fantastic all round - great location, great hotel. Added bonus of all food included in the price which was a surprise for us as I only booked breakfast. Would certainly stay here again. We were originally booked into a hotel next door but they cancelled on us last minute so this was a last minute booking which I am glad about in the end.

The buffet, while great, was very extremely limited for vegetarians. I quickly got sick of bread and desserts. More daily variety of food would be good. It was pretty much the same food every day which resulted in us eating out for lunch and dinner after the first day. The only other small issue was that the bath was so big it left a narrow area for the shower.

This was the best hotel I have stayed in thus far. It was immaculate. The staff were amazing and we were treated like royalty. The room was so big and so clean. The bath was huge. Bed was super comfy and it was great to be able to log in to my own streaming services at night after a long day of sightseeing. Top of the range equipment in the room. Location was great and easy to get to everything and public transport was close by. Buffet was available all day from 7am until 9pm (closed for change over between about 10:55-11:15am). From 11:15the desserts are AMAZING!!!!!!!! Overall it definitely felt more like a 5 star hotel.

The room spacious, strategic location, breakfast and meals provided. The room cleanliness and comfortable. I requested if I can exchange small notes from hotel. The staff was obligated and asked how much you need. That was thoughtful.

a bit confusing to find the entrance along with elevator access, and i felt there was no need to transfer an elevator to the other to access your room.

Hotel lacks a gym. Otherwise, nothing not to like!

Sleek and innovative design. The services were of a five star hotel. Full Asian and Western style breakfast, beautifully presented as a buffet. Lunch and dinner were offered without additional charge. The rooms were large and gracious, with a separate area for the bathroom. Coffee and tea in the room too. Location could nit be better--right between the two major districts and easily walkable to both. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful.

I would have enjoyed a gym for working out. That's the only negative!

Excellent breakfast--free lunch and dinner if you want. The rooms are large and spacious. The hotel is in a very convenient part of town. No gym however.

One very rude staff member who lied to my face over and over again who did not make us feel welcome or comfortable for our 3 night stay. Everyone was great, but this old lady with the bangs completely ruined my entire experience.
