Located only 400 meters away from Kobe’s train station, the hotel is very calm and comfortable. Spacious room in Japanese standards, very clean and with all necessary amenities. Free refreshments in the afternoon and very professional and friendly staff. The pricing is very attractive for this level of service, highly recommended.

The covers are so synthethic that you will sake up all sweated. Also the room is quite small making opening a suitcase a challange if you dont want to put it on your bed.

Can't think of anything. I wish Kobe the city made it more clear that Kobe Station is not the main train station (Sannomiya is), but that's not the hotel's fault whatsoever.

There was a handwritten message in the keycard envelope "Have a great stay" in Japanese. I can read Japanese but I can't read if its a personal script. I asked my friend to translate and I wish I could have commended the concierge for the well wishes. Staff was well versed in English no problem there too. The location is near the station and a 711 so very convenient. Its also a good walk to the mall.

There is some smell from the bathroom drainage… not so strong but need to pipe maintenance I think. We did not have this experience our last stay at this hotel…. So maybe overdue for pipe cleaning?

It is a very contemporary property. Good location but away from all the noise of Sonomiya (which is just two stops away by local train). The harbour area is easily walkable, good for morning runs or chilling in the evening. Lots of malls and restaurants around. Chinatown is within walking distance too. It is very close to Kobe station and Kobe metro station, which are different from Shin-Kobe station btw. All in all, good place to stay.

I feel like the bed wasn’t really comfortable and it would be nice to have more storage ( maybe places for bagage under the bed?). We really wanted to book the massage but our japanese wasn’t really good. It would be nice to have an application to book it.

The air vent in the bathroom needs to be cleaned. Everything else was fine though. It is relatively quiet, but like most Japanese hotels, the walls are still pretty thin. (I could hear my neighbor sneeze.)

I am so glad I found this hotel! After leaving a bad hotel early, they let me book an extra night on short notice. It saved my vacation. The Aircon in the room was a bit dusty (can be seen on the airway) so I left a note for them ") and like I mention the shower curtain had a strong smell because it had not be changed since last visitor I think.?

Very nice hotel and close to Kobe station and walkable distance to Kobe port. House keeping crews are friendly and helped me change the shower curtain when I told them it had a strong moldy smell. Will be back here again next time")
