We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaRoom was dirty. I saw bloody stains on the curtain. Dust on the walls and on the curtains. We were having allergies from all the dust. I saw dust and mold on the AC vent. Bed was very hard. Pillows were very flat. Wallpaper had lots of scratches and tears. Couch had rips too. We asked for late check out instead of 1100. Front desk said ¥1000 for every hour. We thought we'd check out at 1300 but ended up checking out right before 1200 and guy at front desk still charged us for 2 hours ¥2000. Very appalling.

South KoreaI will use this hotel if I visit Japan/Tokyo again. Perfect price for location, and it's near a mall and restaurants. I can't think of anything they did that was unadmireable. I like staying in suburbs for the quiet atmosphere and this was it!

Hong Kong- the Beautyrest spring mattress is old, noise and too soft - thin wall that you can hear noise from corridor - no thermostat in room to adjust the room heater. there is a switch in the cabinet but it was not working - not supply drink water - no air purifier
