The insulation isn't great, we're here early April and if you turn off the heating going to bed you will likely wake up cold

The location is magical, it's nicely tucked out of the way, but still possible to walk around and explore

Everything! The trailer/cabin we stayed in was beautiful, always warm, amazing view. The service was absolutely lovely, we felt bad we couldn't speak more Japanese as it would have been nice to be able to hold conversations. The owner, and the staff were all so hospitable. Would 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be staying here again on our return!

The room is quite big that can fit in 2 big and 1 small bags. It's warm and cosy but pillow is too soft to sleep on.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. There is no fixed shuttle bus timing so when we need to go somewhere they send us there. They are very friendly and helpful by arranging bus back to Narita for us.

It was a little out of the way, which wasn’t an issue. I quite liked the location. We still walked to most places like echoland. And we got picked up every morning to drop us at the slopes and picked up also.

The property was so cute, I loved the little cabin. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. They had a pick up and drop off service which was so handy, as the property is slightly out of the way. Closer to Hakuba 47.

Reception very nice, official check out time was till 21:00 but we had refund delay 1 hour front desk was waiting for us till almost 22:00. Very convenient to access a lot of place and they have shuttle bus service to ski resort or restaurant.

The cabin was extremely cozy. It’s exactly what you would imagine as a vacation getaway for a winter trip. I hardly ever write reviews, but I specifically want to mention how great the staff was. From the front desk (bilinguals) to the men who would drive you to the resort every day. They really went over the top to make sure we were comfortable, which is something I really do appreciate, and even will go out of my way to write a review 10/10.

Only thing would be good to use Sauna and other hotel facilities. I.e breakfast, dinner etc. you should be able to use all facilities regardless of room / cabin type

The service was impeccable, everyone was so helpful and accomodating. The rooms and facilities were amazing. We cannot wait to come back.

Needs hangers in wardrobes and laundry, and a tea towel in the kitchen would be handy. Surprised at how far the villa was from the main Reposer site. Fortunately we had a car so access to the mountains and food/ dinner options wasn’t an issue.

Heated floors!!! Spacious and comfortable. Close to Hakuba47/ Goryu.

The location is far from most ski resorts and centre, although the property do offer free pick up and drive services.

The property is run by Japanese, very friendly and helpful.

the design of the hotel and my room were very nice and cozy. WiFI worked well. Everything was really clean and perfectly maintained. the hotel offers a pick up and shuttle services on request.

The breakfasts could have been better. They were based on a sandwich. Something more traditional Japanese would have been better.

Great location, incredible sauna, nice bar area for socializing. The staff were great and very helpful. The boot drying room was fantastic and hot! bedroom was comfortable.

It would have been nice to have one more bathroom for our group but didn’t take away from our experience.

The cabin itself was wonderful. Very spacious and perfect for our group of 6. Enough room to spread out and have privacy, with great living/dining room areas to hang out together. The heated floors were a nice touch as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Imogen, Alevtina and Megumi are outstanding. The manager, Mitsuhiro, was very helpful and drove us to a nearby restaurant.

A long way out of the main streets of Hakuba, but the Reposer transport was absolutely fantastic.

Cute cottage, had everything we needed. Transport and restaurant booking services provided by Reposer were fantastic. Very close to Goryu and Hakuba 47 snow resorts.

We loved the location of Reposer and the staff was wonderful! We were able to walk to everything in Echoland, Wadano and Happo Village within 20 minutes or so, and the staff was so kind to shuttle us to the resorts for skiing. The sauna was amazing as well!

Everything! It was so cozy and peaceful. It was the best sleep I've had in ages. The staff were so kind and provided us with a large pot so we were able to have a sukiyaki night. It is a beautiful cabin and so warm

Not much. Except the limited space of the living room (which I thought it was more spacious), I do not find anything I do not like.

I like the atmosphere of the village. Particularly, I love the rooms where we chose to stay. More pictures of rooms (inside and outside) in its web site could be convinient to a next guest.
