I couldn`t find the staff in the morning to drop off me key, other than that... fine.

Nice room, much larger than I thought it was going to be. Nice and clean, exactly what you need for a short night or two stay in the big city.

1 cockroach found in the room. Even though I like firm beds, this is another level of firmness (almost as sleeping on the floor).

Excellent location. Close to Shinjuku, but extremely quiet. Great staff.

Honestly wished I stayed here longer. Location is great, room was comfortable and fairly big (compared to other japanese hotels I stayed at) especially for the price. Very accessible for transit

Very little daylight in the room as the window was facing a building. Could not open the window in the room, so no fresh air.

The location was very handy, near the train station and lots of restaurants in the area.

The walls are very, very thin and in the morning I could hear every step the people in the room above mine were taking. Also, I was a bit irritated about the fact that I payed twice the rate that was stated on the door for one night, but I guess that I have only myself to blame for that.

Great location, 1 minute walk from JR Station Shin-Okubo, good connected to most tourist destinations, and very close to Shinjuku. The Staff was very friendly and told me about the Fireworks Festivals that would take place that evening, thank you very much for that. The room was bigger than I expected and clean. The fact that the shower and the toilet were separated was a plus.

Good location really close to Shin-Okubo Station. Small hotel which was okay for a couple of nights. Lots of eating options nearby which was great.

I like how it was close to Shin Okubu Sta. Like 3 minutes walk only. I like the location, close to everything and the street is quiet and a fee walk is the main road already.

I feel the fridge was not clean. There was a long black hair frozen to the bottom of the freezer. Otherwise everything else was spotless. The window was unfortunately covered up from thw outside. So there was 0 natural light to the room

Walls are thin so you can hear people walking up the stairs and through the corridor etc but it never affected my sleep, and they randomly stopped giving us matcha sachets upon cleaning our room half way through our stay.

Excellent location, 3 mins from JR shin-okubo Station and lots of places to eat and convenience stores within walking distance. The room was great value, bed comfortable, fridge, kettle, toiletries, robes and slippers all provided! They also stored our luggage before check in time.

floor and the door are quite thin,if someone steps on the floor too hard or make noises on the hallway, it will be a little noisy.

The walls were super thin so you could hear noise from the other guests and outside but everyone kept the noise to a minimum so it didn't bother us. Also the beds were a bit too hard for us but that's just a personal preference. Overall we were completely satisfied

The staff was super friendly and always ready to go the extra mile to help us. The location was perfect, near one of the train stations on the Yamanote line. The room was actually bigger than I imagined
