After staying in hostels most of the time, this was a welcome treat. Very comfortable beds. Lovely view from the room. There were lovely goodies for a luxurious bath and comfi pyjamas. The hotel is quite a distance from the park entrance but I booked a transfer for the morning which came right on time and was included in the price. You can also drop your bag at the entrance of the park, which will be taken to your hotel so you can enjoy the park without your luggage. Very well organised.

The hotel is looking kind of rundown and in need of updating. The charge of 3,600 yen for a very average breakfast is excessive.

Parking is away from the hotel. We have to call for the shuttle after parking, some times requires more than half an hour, in particular for large groups.

Room is large with some view. Breakfast and the dinning area is great.

The hotel is relatively old and the room facilities is limited especially the bathroom and shower facilities. Though, i like the unique atmosphere and the nearby environment.

The receptionist is a Hong Kong young lady, very helpful and sincere! The buffet breakfast is the best one during my journey in Kyushu, great selections and tasty food. The restaurant is facing the pier with full harbour view, very relaxing.

Breakfast staff guy could have chosen a better wording when informing guests about breakfast prices. His English also was confusing. But other than that the other staff were very polite, helpful and friendly.

located next to Denhaag harbor, lovely sence out of hotel. offering free Denhaag onsen ticket is very nice, bus service to the onsen and station is very helpful. staffs are welcoming.

Some staff don’t speak english well. It’s not easy to go inside the hotel for the first time because it’s a long walk and you need to ride the shuttle. I hear noise (voice and knocking sound) at night. Not sure if it was from my neighbor. If yes, then the rooms are not soundproof. On my first night, I was waiting for the free shuttle to onsen and the staff told me to just sit and wait. I've been waiting for 15 minutes already and has not been called to ride the shuttle. (Looks like the shuttle already passed by an I was left inside, so they just sent me to the onsen when I told them I'm not willing to wait any longer.

I like that it’s inside the park. My room has nice view of the harbor. Staff are helpful and they helped me go back to JR station early in the morning when the bus shuttle service has not started yet. They also assisted me in arranging Yamato service for my luggage to the next location so I won’t be carrying it when switching trains as I explore Nagasaki area going to Peace Park. Free ticket to onsen.

Room had that older European hotel smell, like damp carpet, but not quite a mold/mildew smell. Not a bad smell to me though, reminded me of Germany.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. The staff is amazing, great location with buses for the park and onsen, plus they give a one day onsen pass.

it's a but aged and lighting is a bit dim, particularly the bathroom.

Next to Huis Ten Bosch and we could go back to hotel when felt tired and re entered for dinner and lantern show. The staff whose named Chan is very helpful and nice. The room is spacious and sea view is panoramic.

I understand it based on European hotels but some things did look a bit out dated or maybe it was intentional.

I loved the view! I stayed during golden week and they had an amazing firework show right at the harbour!! It was so magical and my wife really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spacious and loved the water pressure in the shower with a nice big tub when we wanted to bathe. Super convenient entering park. FYI, entry to theme park is additional and not included with stay.

the air conditioner is not working during our stay because the outside temperature is colder that room. Then staff told us to turn off the air conditioner, open windows and bring us the fan instead

The room was a bit dim after the sun set. Also, the view from the room heavily varies depending on what side you're on. It was a bit pricey; but that kind of can't be helped given the location and attachment to a theme park.

The facilities were absolutely gorgeous, and the atmosphere was great! The beds are very hard, but we didn't have any trouble sleeping after walking around Huis Ten Bosch all day. The staff are very kind, and the location is fantastic.
