Room was well cleaned, nice that the the beach is just a 1-2 min walk from our room. We only stayed for one night so didn't use much of the facilities.

The furniture & Fixtures were old. I didn’t have a fridge in my room for first 2 days. The safe was to be opened by the manager only so I didn’t keep my valuables in the safe.

The location is perfect. The food was fresh & enough for all guests.

It’s old , the furniture and the things like toilet seats and sinks are exhausted and kinda not clean.

The breakfast and dinner food variety is a bit limited but what is available is quite adequate. The staff are friendly and requests made to prepare the available foods in a certain way is promptly executed.

The room was clean and spacious. Our request to have a hair dryer and some additional shower gels were promptly attended to. The very friendly housekeeping staff, Ray and Kazungu, were always happy to help. Their swimming pool is one of their best features and the attendant, Frank, makes every activity worth it. The grounds are well maintained and the complementary madafu (coconut water) served as you chill was very welcome. Amos, one of the ground staff, even took the time to tell us more about the palm trees. For breakfast and dinner, the variety is a bit limited but what is available is adequate.

The staff were very helpful when I asked if I could get a late check out also arranged for a taxi to take to the airport at a very good rate. There was not many people in the hotel so the meals were very limited but what they had was good. I had a pleasant stay.

As a guest who values punctuality, it would be greatly appreciated if the breakfast service could be more aligned with the advertised schedule 7.a.m.

The quality and variety of the food were impressive, and the flavors were absolutely delicious. The chef and kitchen staff deserve praise for their culinary skills and attention to detail.

Food on the buffet often isn't re-filled in time. Food and drink orders from the pool or sea front can take a very long time. Only instant coffee available.

Nice setup with a big pool, many kids around so our son found some playmates easily. Free swim training available for both kids and adults. They don't have a problem if you sometimes bring own food and even warm it for you.

The guy (Sadik ) who was assisting us taking our luggage to the room and taking out the luggage during checkout has impressed us. He was really helpful and more than willing for any assistance!

Low budget hotel with good buffet. The hotel was good, great customer service, always willing to help, Sophie, one of the staff is amazing. Buffet is good for the price, stayed here for 2 nights. Directly in front of the beach, did snorkeling.

The room furniture are abit dated. There was repainting going on in some corridors and there were no warning signs. They need to replace their towels.

The location is excellent. The rooms are very spacious. The staff are very good. The food is good.

There wasn't any English Breakfast which my family (kids) love. Was dissappointing but staff were very professional in tackling issues and gave my children alternatives which made their day. Improving the Breakfast menu should be considered. We as parents loved local dishes.

No idea how mosquitos got into our room there was quite some when we got to the room. Dinner and breakfast not so impressive... And overall not so nice hotel maybe, had so much nicer ones in Diani.
