The Indian vegan food was a bit flat and the wimbi porridge to.

Great. The snack area is a beautiful concept. The staff were helpful for example Nekesa, Auma, Mark from Engineering, a lady from house keeping , the FB manager Mr. Henry, his supervisors and staff, Front desk and accounts office- Staff were doing a good job.

Staff treat Kenyan tourists differently from the white foreigners despite paying the same for services. That’s something I detest and I felt like a second hand client. We must be proud of our own. Staff should be taught to treat all colors the same

1/ The hotel does weddings and corporate parties. One night, it was very noisy, could not sleep till 01h00. Other night, corporate party which was infront of our room. We were told that it would not affect our staying. However, by midnight, people became drunk and were chatting and shouting loudly up to 03h30... so we were not able to sleep again. 2/ Additional restaurants. No atmosphere, the same food as at the main restaurant => do not waste your time. 3/ Child room. Found one of the hotel's workers smoking next to. The lady, who works where, did not pay attention to someone smoked at the child's playground, so I needed to correct the smoker's behavior. The lady itself is quite errogant and unfriendly towards children (she works not her place).

The property is very dated now and in need of modernization. Sun lounger mats were ripped at places. There were dirty walls around the area. There was hardly any entertainment.

The pool area was good. Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. White sandy beach with lovely warm sea.

The sink in our room was not working from day one and it was never fixed. The food is full indian too spicy and only catering for the Indian clientele. The meat options are ver very limited too considering the price we paid

It was raining most day on the second day and it took close to 3 hours to get them to fix the Tv. The room phone is dead so to make a request I had to walk 3 times to the reception. Only for the TV to be fixed and realise they only have local news channel. My son was bored in the room after we tried to get Netflix or Youtube for the rainy hours without any success.

The pools are excellent; the buffet selection is great too..

We believe the hotel could be improved with more mosquito / insect control in the restaurant particularly where the fruit is. Would be good to cover this up.

The staff here were exceptional! Particularly Defence (who was kind enough to show me what I could eat as i'm dairy intolerant), Miriam, Josphat, Walter, Rebecca and all the reception, guest relations and kitchen staff. I really do believe the staff here made our holiday. It was so nice to be greeted every morning and throughout the day with friendliness and the food was also very good!

The guest entertainment after dinner ends (9.30pm) is really loud and most guests that I met resigned themselves to no sleep before 11.00pm. There was a function on the beach on the Saturday night and the volumn of the music was unbelievable throughout the resort. Ideally function areas should be well away from the rooms but the layout of the resort does not enable that. Provided there was no function booked - I would stay again

I don't like the fact that there was just similar buffet every day. To eat at the Italian and Barbecue restaurant you are expected to book in advance (a day before). Which takes the vacation mood because you don't know what type of food you are craving for until the moment itself. I travelled with my son who is an infant, I was told to tell every time in advance (not telling once in advance) for his meal. And I kept doing that but it was like they always missing out an ingredient to make his food. They keep saying, oh we don't have avocado today, oh we don't have Banana today blah blah. He ate just anything they could have rather than the things he needs and used to. The other issue was room services, as we were an all inclusive guests we paid for food in advance but my infant son was sleeping in different times because of the change of weather so we asked them if they could bring as a plate from the buffet, which we were told that we need to pay for both the food and the delivery not just the room service. Anyways It is a very beautiful resort and the staff was wonderful but the rules weren't comfortable for parents like me. I looked forward to this trip because I had a very very bad year so I was hoping to relax a bit but it was just not what I hoped for.

I need reception and guest relations should be more professional. We had small hiccup while checking in.. but after an hour all were sorted.

the food was catered to Indian, this was a limitation for the kids. coconut were falling from the palms, almost hit me in the head. this is a safety issue that they need to solve.

At the time of visit, the facility was fully booked. Leading to stiff competition for resources i.e. dinner/lunch/breakfast table.

The swimming pool is quite spacious. Good activities at the pool made our stay memorable. We had a good time

Service and information about the various restaurants and events could be improved, as you may get confused. Also booking the special dinner was an adventure as I got passed from one person to another several times and had the surprise that my table wasn’t actually booked.

We had a good stay here. Rooms are spacious yet they may still need some upgrades (walls, some towels worn out).Had a room with freshly painted walls, paint dripping on my luggage, table and floor, but they changed room and that one was much better. Food is excellent if you like Indian/Asian. Pool and garden are wonderful.

Food not gor Europeans. Everything had the same taste. Tourist office not very good.
