The layout of the rooms is a little strange and the aircon was very strong, we couldn’t control the temperature of the room too well. The bathroom also has a great shower but because there is not much of a curtain the water does tend to go everywhere! Also we were on the ground floor and the reception welcome music was quite loud and would play until 10pm, which was a little distracting.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. It is located in a nice quiet harbour area, with a few small shops and Korean restaurants in walking distance. There is also a nice rooftop which has a beer tap (which is complimentary!) which was really nice. The number 600 bus to/from the airport stops right outside, and is also the same bus you can use to get into seogwipo town/countryside.

It's just a short stay so there's nothing disappointing.

Highly recommended. We stayed for 1 night, travelled as a family of 4. Massive room. There's a 7-eleven just across the road, and several restaurants just a few minutes drive away. We went to a BBQ restaurant (Black Ranch) which we thought it's really good.

No aircon during winter and the room gets very hot due to the floor heating, so we had to open the window to decrease the temperature in the room

Hotel is excellent. Room was great, with a big TV and comfortable bed. The hotel is very modern and in every room everything can be controlled through an Ipad. There is free coffee and water refill in reception. Nice bathroom with good shower. Hotel is located a bit further away from town, in a tranquil area.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Basic amenities (e.g. fridge, hangers) were provided. Direct bus (bus 600) from the Airport to the hotel. About 20 minutes bus ride away to Seogwipo Bus Terminal. Friendly counter staff :)

The entrance to the hotel is at a big intersection, the instructed route to drive into the parking lot is weird.

Located at a small village, view from the room is great. The room is big for four people, the shower room is awesome.

A few hooks to hang the towels would be helpful

The hotel is located along a quiet road. We slept wonderfully every night with no noise disturbance from other guests or the road. The room is clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. Shower was also very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a great stay here. Location is good as long as you have a car.

Staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the sea. Highly recommend for solo traveler. The rooftop was a great place to sit and enjoy my takeout meal.

The room needs a couch and more comfortable chairs. If you're looking for a resort hotel with a lot of amenities, this is not it. There was only coffee available in the lobby. The location was good for driving all around the island, but it was not a convenient location to walk to restaurants/coffee shops/shopping in Seogwipo, we had to drive. No beach access but we weren't in Jeju for the beach anyway.

We booked two rooms. One for our adult children and one for us. One room had a good view of the water, our room view was blocked by trees and other buildings. The rooms were spacious but sparse. Loved the rain shower head, but like many hotels in Korea, no shower door or curtain. The beds were comfortable, perfect after long days of hiking. I also liked that there was no carpeting in the rooms. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

I love the location of the hotel, the view is amazing. Everyday i see the dock bursting with activity. There are good restaurants and cafe nearby. The room is cozy and the amenities in the room are really sufficient and good.

The hotel lived up to its reputation for a good location. The customer service was especially excellent. Email communication was smooth. Bus stop nearby and easy access to airport and city center. Thank you very much.
