The bathroom was smaller than we expected. Also there was an exit sign that gives light (which could not be turned off we think) in the room, so bring a sleeping mask!

The location is amazing, it’s right in the middle of a fun area for nice restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife. It’s also very close to the palaces. Lots of public transport options nearby. The room was very clean. Check in was very easy, although there was no personnel. There is a nice fridge in the room.

Not a negative comment - just a note to say that this hotel has smaller bathrooms than usual, so if having a large bathroom is a dealbreaker then I suggest looking somewhere else.

Great location! Very central and in very nice area. Close to transport links. Very good value for money and the staff is very responsive, which is amazing. You can leave your luggage there as well and can borrow umbrella when needed.

A really new and elegant place right in the center of Seoul. The room was super clean and well equipped. We could do the laundry, which was very important to us on our long trip. We absolutely recommend this place to everybody.

Sadly, the luggage lift was not functional when we stayed and we had to carry our suitcases up to the top floor up very steep and narrow stairs. The room also had no blackout curtains.

I think it would be really tight with 6 people in the room. The neighborhood was super alive at night with lots of trendy restaurants and very closes to transit, though the alleys next to the entrance seemed a little sketchy. There were double windows so there was no noise from the street, but the sound from other guests inside the building was noticible.

The room had 6 bunks and there were only three of us so we had enough room for our suitcases. It was only a 1-minute walk from the metro to the front door which made getting to/from the airport easy. The free shared washer/dryer in the lobby was great.

Very uncomfortable mattress; uneasily climbable bunked-bed. Not having a vent fan in the bathroom. The lighted exit sign was too bright at bedtime.

I didn't like how the room can get damp when you come back later at night after not having used it a while and the water from the toilet keeps leaking under the door. The bathroom is constantly humid and has a bit of a smell from the drain. The location was great, but first-timers have to be warned to go through the main roads because the guesthouse is located near alleyways and therefore Navermap will tell them to go through these pathways for fastest routes. However, it can be a bit scary for a solo female traveller.

I liked how the room, although small, had everything you needed! It is also located very conveniently in the midst of all popular areas and near to several metro lines, so it is easy to get around.

Amazing location! The apartment is close to many restaurants and bars, and just a short walk to Gwangjang Market. It's also very near the subway and airport bus stop — perfect for travelers with lots of luggage like me. The room is small but clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. We had a small issue during our stay, and the host responded quickly and was very helpful. Highly recommended!

The facility doesn’t have a lift. However, they do have a dumb waiter to carry the luggage to the 3rd floor. A day prior to our check-out the dumb waiter stopped working. However, no measures were taken to fix the problem. Resultantly, while heading to the airport at 4:30 a.m., there was a delay of 20 minutes in heaving our luggage down 3 floors for 5 of us who were occupying the room. We couldn’t get in touch with anybody at that hour in the morning.

Cleanliness, location, comfort, safety was very good.

The bathroom was REALLY small. Especially the shower.

The place was really small but the location was excellent especially considering the price we paid. It was near most major attractions and has a lively restaurant scene. It was pretty clean and provided everything you need in the common area like a microwave and a washing machine and dryer. Will definitely stay here again for the location itself!!
