Friendly staff, accessible location, clean and nice hot shower with bathtub. It is in the middle of central Seoul so the room size is small but definitely will go back again.

The room is not so soundproof as I can hear people talking outside since my room was located near the lift.

Conveniently located near the subway station and night market. The Airport Shuttle Bus drop-off point is also walking distance to the hotel. That is the reason why we decided to take the bus instead of the train. The room is also clean and cosy. I slept well during my stay.

No view from the room, A big wall right in front of the room window. It is better to keep it close, don't see it. LOL

The location is very good. Easy to access to train station and shopping streets. Free laundry at B1 (self service)

The rooms are too small, lights in hallways and elevator is too low and creepy. The unreasonable price for such a property. Not value for money.

Location is good and in a buzzing area. Good for shopping and street food.

This hotel is one of good reviewed hotel before pandemic. It seems that they reopened its service now without much preparation to receive the guests.

The location super good to access subway and any means of transportations.

The hotel staff was not friendly and room has. Stale smell. Air fan not working staff expect me to stay and ask me to open the window. Lighting was bad. Went to front desk staff to inform the defect but was told all their room is the same condition . They speak in Korean between them and making some unpleasant comment that as if we are fussy just because I have two more teenage with me but they are staying in another hotel. I check out less then 1 hour after check in and wrote to the hotel to waive my guarantee booking charge. They insisted not to waive and and not apologize for the bad experience customer service as they deem I was trying to cheat them with 4 person staying in the room. How is it possible to have 4 person staying in such a small room and the fact that I didn’t even stay at thier hotel eventually due to thier bad service . I managed to get a room last min at the same hotel with me children and relatives. Wrote to the hotel many time to waive the charge but they insisted not possible . They are many better hotel nearby., don stay this hotel if you ever visit Seoul . They treat you like criminal and give you instructions to follow only , don expect hospitality from them and they seriously need to look into what is hospitality service . No smile from thier staff , and they speak to each other in Korean infront of me which I do not understand.

The room is tiny and not well laid out (way too much unneeded closet space takes up space in main area) and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. We ended up leaving one day early because we were so sore from the beds. The hotel would not refund the third night after multiple requests. The air/fan did not work so we opened the window but had to hear street noise. The TV was not a ‘smart TV’ with apps like Netflix which was surprising for a tourist area.

Great location, lobby very clean and organized. The fridge and kettle were nice amenities.

Location: at the Center of the MyeongDong food street, Close to subway station Staff Mr Kim is very friendly. We arrived early with 3 young kids and we were able to change our clothing in a designated area.
