The bathroom could use some improvement in regards to being slippery when wet. Could use some non-slippery mats for showering

The space was wonderful, great for our family of 4. The kids had space to roam around in the room. The roof had a great view of the whole city. The host was very attentive to our questions and requests.

The restroom is a bit dated and in need of an update. There is zero counter space. The toilet and shower is only separated by a shower curtain so the area is constantly wet. Changing clothes is cumbersome and challenging due to the wet restroom. The sliding doors just outside the restroom where the sink is located provides no privacy because they are completely see-thru.

Central location with a few great spots to eat. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. Loved the openness and nearly 360 degree view of the city!

An amazing panorama view onto Seoul was a great surprise: you can see Namsan and the N-Tower from the windows of the apartment that cover a wide angle view considerably above the buildings around (see pictures attached). The price was quite competitive considering the very good location 20 minute walk from Seoul station.

Check-in could be better. You should add a "call 1 hour before checking in" message on the booking page or some way to schedule an arrival time so there is someone there when you check-in. Only gripe.

The small apartment had everything we needed, very close to Seoul Station, just a 10minute walk, amazing view from our window and lots of restaurants and coffee shop choices around.

Since it is pretty far away from the nightlife, you’ll have to take a couple of buses that aren’t too far or long. However, that’s something the property can’t control!

It was right at the cusp of the busy nightlife, so there weren’t any disturbances. The place was pretty spacious and was more than accommodating.

A good place to stay if you like to stay away from the busy tourist streets but still have great communication to different parts of Seoul. And close to Seoul Central Station as well. You get to clean the room yourself during your stay.

When booking ride for YD residence, make sure the drop off point is along 123 Mallijae-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul. Otherwise, the driver will drop you off at the back of the YD residence instead of the front entrance.

The room is exactly as we saw it in the post. It exceeded our expectations! Perfect city view and mountain view! (See the photos I uploaded) The host provided complete instructions on how to check in, retrieve the key, and get in the property. He accommodated our questions and requests. We arrived very late at night but we did not experience any inconvenience. The materials, appliances, and amenities were all complete, nice, and clean. The kindness of the host was what I really liked the most. I got sick the second day of our stay. I was alone as my friends had to go out. I only asked for help in looking for good food delivery services, but the host did more than give me instructions - he and his wife ordered the food themselves! (I included a photo of the delicious Samgyetang which they ordered for me. It was a hearty meal!) He also offered his help in case I needed to consult a doctor. Thank God I was able to recover quickly and with their help as well. I really felt welcomed and taken care of.

Apartment was spacious and comfortable with beautiful city view. We do our sight-seeing tour in d morning and return to apt only late nite. Host provided sufficient toilettries though we brought ours. Best part the bus-stop was just 5 mins walk fm apt...Paris Baquette Bakery, Eateries and Cafes too...so convenient. Seoul Station just 1 km away. Our Host is a very friendly & kind person. Glad we chose YD RESIDENCE for our 6 nights stay in Korea. Had a great holiday. Thank you Booking.Com🙏🏼🇰🇷

Very convenient location. Spacious room with amazing Mountain View and has everything you need for your stay. The place is very clean too! The owner is the best and has been super helpful. We asked for a late checkout and he generously agreed to it. 10/10!

It was near bus stops which was very convenient. I also loved the fact that it was near a market. I got to explore and eat at hole in the wall mom and pop shops at the market. The room was also very spacious. The owner was so kind. He even let me stay for a few hours after check out for a small fee. And they also gave me a ride to the airport bus stop for free.
