Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms facing the street are a bit loud at the evening, but was quiet after midnight. No separation between shower and toilet in the bathroom, so when you shower the whole bathroom is wet.
It is simple, but good value for money. The staff is really helpful and speaks good english. They organzie trips and bus rides for you. Nice hard beds!

Because it is so central (as the name suggests) and on a busy road, it is quite noisy if your room is at the front of the hotel (think scooter and tuk tuk engines, general drunk shouting). Considering how good a job the cleaners do of keeping the floors dust free, it would have been nice to have a change of linen halfway through our 5 night stay, as by the end our towels and bedding were quite orange!
The breakfast was delicious, go for the omelet. Was lovely that it came with fruit. Reception were very helpful with local information and booking trips. The shared areas are very well kept considering how dry and dusty the town is in the dry season. Good view out of our balcony.

The establishment across the street played very loud music until deep into the night. Definitely needed earplugs to sleep. The breakfast area is a bit gloomy and cold in the morning.

It could be cleaner, specially the room. The standard is pretty low, but the hotel is alos pretty cheap.
You get alot for what you paid for. This is a cheap hotel, but yiu get everything you need. A room, breakfast and in the middle of the city. The peopl who works there are very friendly as well.

Perfectly located, spacious and clean room. A bit noisy but that’s to be expected in VV. breakfast wasn’t as good as we’ve had elsewhere but did the job. Its a big place so not as family orientated as others we’ve stayed at

The pool is not part of the hotel but on the hostel next door. Also our room was very loud. Loud music until late evening from nearby bars And early morning radio of some sort.
Friendly stuff at the reception. Very helpful for all the requests and questions we had. Pool has shadow all afternoon.

Breakfast choices were limited for westerners and the pool belongs to the hostel nearby, not in the actual hotel.

Only one outlet for tv, refrigerator and whatever you have, so something has to be unplugged and across the room from the bed. Shower is hard to get to spray straight down.

It would be nice to have a night lamp and electrical outlets near the bed. It is a bit inconvenient to get up to turn off the light after reading in bed, but no big deal…
As the name says - this hotel is central, right on the main street. Restaurants, mini markets etc around. Room is simple but very very spacious, has a balcony, big bed, good AC. We were on the 4th floor and had a side view of the mountains. Bathroom is a bit old, no enclosed shower (all gets wet), but clean. Lovely and efficient staff who helped us book all our tours and the train to Luan Prabang. Breakfast is simple, you choose from a few pre-set options + instant coffee. For the price, no complains. Good value for money.

The pool area was not so good to chill however did a job to cool us down.
The properties location was very good. Walking distance to everything within vang Vieng while only having short drives to the lagoons and Xam Nay viewpoint. Balcony was also a nice addition while the room was nice and spacious.

More choice for breakfast. Rooms not as clean as expected. Seem to have an issue with cleaning staff with guest belongings in their room
