The most thing I didn't like it is the cleaning and also there is no toothbrush and they don't have a laundry in the hotel. They take your clothes to another place on the bring it back.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank management & staff at the Grand Concerto Hotel for their utmost care, professionalism, and dedication to their Guests. Mr ayham, Mrs mona at reception, Mr mahmoud & Mohammed from domestic cleaning as well as the concierge Mr Abu Amjad whom all made me feel at home and a part of this wonderful family owned hotel. 24 hours of care,safety & assistance whenever needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be my go-to hotel when I visit next. Not to mention the wonderful location close to everything frim Hamra to Roucheh all within minutes of walking as well as its very reasonably priced. Honestly, it's one of the cleanest in the area.

When we first received the room, it wasn’t properly cleaned. Daily cleaning wasn’t always consistent or thorough. The bed was a bit squeaky and made noise when moving.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the first day, the room wasn’t clean, but as soon as I reported it, they fixed it immediately. Anytime I had an issue or concern, they responded quickly and tried their best to resolve it.

All over it is but amities were short, staff couldn't make money exchange, and the hotel got a power outage for 20 minutes as the generator takes a break daily.

I asked the staff for tra pot they didnt bring then they told me go buy sugar and when checking out they told me that custmors dont use the pot in a good way thats why we dont give🤨🤨🤨

I recently stayed at the hotel in Beirut, and while I found the staff to be quite polite, there were some significant issues with my experience. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel room left much to be desired. It was disappointing to find it in such a state. Another inconvenience was the lack of card payment options at the hotel. In this digital age, not being able to pay by card was a major inconvenience for me, and it would have been helpful if this information had been communicated beforehand. Although the hotel staff was friendly, they were unable to assist me when I explained my difficulty in obtaining cash. While I understand that not everything can be controlled, I would have appreciated some guidance or alternative solutions. Overall, my stay at this hotel in Beirut was less than satisfactory, primarily due to the cleanliness issue and the payment inconvenience. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests' experiences.

Close to al hamra , al rawcha , al manara , all facilities nearby. Warm staff, Set Maha and all reception staff very helpfull n charming , doormen Amo Abu Amjad , thank you for your sweet smile and kindness, the hotel cab n driver Mr Abu Mohamed , such a decent person , thanks for the complimentary tea ...highly recommended place , quiet area yet easy access to everywhere.
