Not overly responsive during the planning, no recommendations or resources provided until we arrived and got a wonderful dinner recommendation. Facilities are a bit dated.

Location, breakfast, value, parking and warm greeting were appreciated after a day of travel.

Lack of air conditioning. In our case the weather was ok, but I can imagine how it is like to be there when it gets very hot.

Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was good, and the service was great. The staff is very helpful. Note that this is an old-fashioned place with decor of the 80's. And the funny thing, this is the original decor of the place. Orange tiles in the bathroom, pink carpets and stuff.

Lovely views of the mountains from the balcony. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff were helpful and underground car parking was a bonus. Bus stops located close to the hotel and the bus service was excellent.

The hotel is at the top of a steep hill. in a car, it isn’t important. at the end of a day on a bike, I had to walk up. Not that big a problem, but something to be aware of.

I had a nice room that looked out onto the inner courtyard. They made a point of taking care of my bike - which is important when you are cycle touring.

The hotel smelled like old smoke. No one was smoking, it just had the smell of it very strongly.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and having a balcony was fantastic. I especially appreciated that the staff let me check in early (especially as I just arrived on a red eye and was exhausted). Parking was great - right under the hotel so shielded from the weather, and plenty of spaces. It was in a nice quiet location, and next to a bus stop that brought you straight to Vaduz or to other places.

The hotel is old, out of standard and needs urgent modernization. No water boiler in the room. In contrast, prices are sky high and very bad value for money.

Nicely set in a quiet location, with beautiful mountain views from the room balcony and from the restaurant. With car parking and in 1-min walk from public transportation.

The hotel address confused the bus drivers and three drivers took us to the wrong location until we finally found it. The hotel should indicate "Meierhoff" stop, bus 21.

The man at the reception desk was excellent! He recommended places to go, places to eat, which bus to take and what times the bus came. And upon leaving, he recommended a faster way to our next destination that saved us over two hours! Also the woman serving breakfast on Sunday prepared our full breakfast herself even though we were an hour early!

Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay. August made us feel at home. The room was clean and very quiet, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view to the mountains covered in snow. Breakfast was delicious. A perfect hotel for couples and families, very close to Vaduz city centre. Highly recommended.
