Quiet accommodative with all facilities.. very good hospitality with pleasing Ile from the staff.... Walkable distance to the seashore and highlight is an excellent spot to view sunrise.. we 10 of us enjoyed and had a great time 😌😌

The price for an AC room is very high.

Kunam is a wonderfully kind & helpful man who goes out of his way to be accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. The room is basic but perfectly adequate. However, if you want AC the room rate is double the listed room rate. Kallady Beach is lovely & only a few minutes walk away. Kunan arranged bike hire, which was a great way to see Kallady & the old town, we spent a whole day exploring the area by bike which was brilliant.

The beach in kalladi is fantastic. No tourists. Clean quiet beautiful spot. The husband and wife looked after me so well when I was sick.

Lack of any tourist infrastructure in the area - there are but a few restaurants a 30 minute hike away. Don't believe what you see on googlemaps - everything nearby is closed either temporarily or permanently.

Pretty area with lots of enormous trees and the beach is nearby and nice. The owner is professional and rents our bicycles and can arrange Tuk Tuks. Beer is available on site.

In “property facilities” here you may see that a guest house has shared kitchen but in reality there is no gas there and you can’t cook, we should ask the owner to provide us gas because we cook usually and booked it because it’s written about the kitchen here, he kindly did it. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and also it’s too small for 2 people

It’s close to the beach, like 5 min by walk, the beach is clean and also there are some shops and small supermarket not far from the guest house. The owner of the place is nice and helpful, he gave us the better room than we booked because it was free, you may buy water from him, he let us to use the kitchen after we checked out from the room

Filthy smelly dirty dingy mouldy room.we looked at 2 hoping for a better one with no luck.we have travelled extensively through Asia for many years and can handle cheap accommodation-no problems..it was getting late.we were tired and booked this place based on pictures and reviews on booking .com. apparently he has another place which is better unfortunately via this site you are sent to the accommodation as listed. We had only booked 10 minutes prior and asked for a refund. He refused. Anyone who rates this place above a 1 is kidding.

For some reason I couldn't find the accomodation in the first place. The adress just sent me to a wrong place about 5 minutes walk away from the actual place, so maybe make sure conforming directions beforehand.

Location is really close to the beach, which offers insights to local fishing in the morning. The distance to town is walkable, but otherwise the host helps with a tuktuk ride. The accomodation lays in an authentic living area. I had a really good time there, the host was very friendly and there to help anytime.

The room was quite basic but we liked the two, connected room arrangement in our family room. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The beach is close by but not suitable for swimming and is in full sun.

Kunam was an excellent host, really helpful and welcoming. He's very kind. We used the pool facilities (for a fee) at the riviera resort.
