Location - its on a top of a hill, so if you dont go there by car you will have to tread a bit. There was no hot water, only mildly warm. One of the pillows had stains and new towels need to be bought as the old ones are getting shradded.

There are no power outlets near the bed, it was not very clean, the toilet did not even have a sign that it was cleaned. Around 9am its too loud to sleep in the room, because there is too much sound coming from the door.

Lack of customer service

The price was very reasonable for the very basis room The staff member I spoke to when booking was very friendly as was the staff member who called me to say our room was ready earlier which I really appreciated as I had just been released from hospital after having a big operation Again the man on the desk when we arrived was very friendly sadly after that we were not greeted at all for the rest of the week! Very rude, abrupt staff on the front desk, disgusting manners! Zero customer service skills Very loud at night time as well We had to complain about the noise level as it was past midnight and we were TRYING to sleep!! Also fridge had lots of mould!! No one bothered to come in and clean our room So we just purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves

Breakfast is acceptable, but it should be reckoned that the amount of food is restored slowly. So it may happen that the moment you come, the choice is quite small. Coffee terrible, weak drink. Since we could not be accommodated in the ordered room for technical reasons, a higher class number was assigned at no additional cost. Seems to be great, but it wasn't. This upgrade meant that we have room with private terace. Actually it was delimited part of big public terace, so I didn't feel any privacy and by the way it means you can't open door to terace if someone smokes and you are not smoking person. Other thing, there were some problems of electric instalation or something, because in the several minutes interval there were terrible noise, even if there's no device to sneak in.

Familyroom is on 5th floor without an elevator. This information should be in the room description before booking. It came as a message after making the reservation. Bathroom was a bit smelly.

The AC we had to go down to the recpetion and ask for the controls for it. It worked but it closed down sometimes so the air only came down and not out into the room. The bathroom was very dusty and so was the AC.

The rooms were in nice quality and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was okay, not the best, not the worst. Some juice would have been nice. The person at check in was really sweet and nice, the girl in the morning at check out wasnt as nice but she did her job great.
