We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

DenmarkHad 3 wonderful days/nights at this gem of a hotel right in the center of Vilnius. Staff where friendly and helpful, the room had every convinience including a spacious tub, water was hot and with a good pressure. The view to the Cathedralsquare across the street was beautiful, lit with lights and snow covering the chritsmastree, the tower and the Cathedral. And last but not least, the breakfast was delicious and so varied - really enjoyed the different styles of the porched eggs, the crepes and the waffels; also the bar had skilled staff who did a great job on the coctails at night. My warmest recommendations on this place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Switzerland* The restaurant was extremely expensive for such tasteless food. In comparison with the myriad of other restaurants in Vilnius this came last on our list for taste and value for money. * The soap in the rooms is extremely bad. It does not really clean anything and it’s impossible to get it off your hands as it’s more like cream than soap. A simple cleaning soap would be better than trying to have 10in1 which defeats the purpose of a soap, which is to clean.

Waiting staff at breakfast very committed to taking orders, however I would like to see more sensitivity on the part of the waiters to clear empty dishes from the table more quickly. It was noticeable to me, as to other guests, that such dishes lingered for quite a long time, making it impossible to eat comfortably.
An atmospheric place with a very good location, beautiful Christmas decorations with attention to detail and very tasty breakfasts.

United States of AmericaThe First room option: A shower, A full 1/3 of the room was an uninhabitale slanted ceiling, a bed, lamp and chair on the 5th floor, the woman who walked me to my room who looked me up and down and asked what I was doing in Vilnius; daily asked to move table for some reason or another. It was ridiculous during breakfast; everyone talked about how great the truffles in the room were...my entry to the property was incredibly underwhelming. I actually asked for a refund and offered to make reservations on the spot. I woman with long blonde hair that escorted me to my room was polite, but condescending. I really hope not to ever meet her again. That ONE experience was my very first and had a huge impact on my stay --that and no warning of the booming music on Saturday night caused me to cancel 3 client meetings, the cancellations literally cost me money. So literally losing money, due to a hotel-based noise issue in a different area in the hotel actually made the stay more expensive and less productive. I was given the option to transfer to a different room at 10pm and my preordered room service was taken to that room.
The Bed, breakfast, speaker/TV in the bathroom, the soap and coffee. They staff person who helped me relocate work belongs to 3rd room was very polite.

IrelandThis is overall a very good hotel with an excellent location. The swimming pool area is nice. Staff all speak English and are courteous. There were a few things that they could probably improve on: The beds are too soft, there are no AC controls in the room, we were not told at check-in about breakfast times or wifi codes so we had to ask later in the day. There is no concierge so you have to go to reception every time you have a question, and there's no information in the room about hotel policies/pool or spa opening times etc.
