Great location, small shopping centre about a 2 min walk away with supermarket, chemist, also had a place (narvesen) to get coffee in the morning. Very helpful staff member/owner who helped me check in. (It was self check in but I hadn't checked booking.com which had a message with my room number in) Modern keypad screen entry to hotel room. About a 20 min walk from old town which was good. Unfortunately no lift so was tricky with suitcase/pram luckily had husband to help. I had a great night's sleep here and though the water took a little while to warm up it was a hot power shower in the end 👍 Excellent value, great location. Would return.

You need to get the keys from a distance away. And the bed was horrible, and unfomfortable.

Large room at the heart of city centre, with everything you need. Not as luxurious as a hotel but decent room in the building.

Some simple, small touches could have improved our stay such as hand soap in the WC. Our towels were also not changed after a week's stay.

The location was great, 15 minutes walk from the old town/main station and in an area with lots of nice eating places. We also had the use of a shared kitchen area was an unexpected bonus. The self check-in was helpful as we arrived after midnight.

It is really confusing to get in the first time you get there since there are several keypads in the main door and the correct one is kind of hidden. On the other hand the building is very noisy, you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms and so it was hard to sleep. Also it is said they change the towels every 2 days, but I was there 4 nights and my towels were the same. There is also a very nice lamp in the nightstand that doesn't work because there isn't where to plug it.

Not very comfy. It has a community kitchen which causes a lot of noise if your room is just next to it. And it had a very filthy refrigerator. As this place has no staff and no services I wouldn´t call it a hotel. It´s basically just a flat that you get a key code for.

I needed a place to sleep close to line 5 bus stop. This delivered. Shopping centre and few restaurants right next to it and a stable wifi.

The room was not cleaned once in 6 days. Bed linen was not changed. Towels were changed on the penultimate day after being reminded. The refrigerator was missing.

Excellent localization - walking distance to all interesting places. Grocery store with cooking in 2 min. Lots of cafes around. Convenient entry system with a combination lock at the entrance, on the floor and in the room.

Booked a room that had TV in the description, as I like to watch local television when travelling. There was no TV when I checked in, they said they no longer offer TV, so I was given a small refund instead. Also the reception room seemed closed all the time, so if you have a problem, you need to phone the owners.

Self-check in with a code instead of a key is good if you are technically minded. It was a quiet room, so I slept well.
