i understand that it is Hotel Jurmala Spa, not wellness. As we were celebrating a year in this hotel, we would like to have a limit of people in the spa , seemed too much people for the size of the spa + wanted a restriction for the kids hours in the spa ( like after 8 pm no kids for example). kids were in the adult pool and in all jacuzzi s and at the pool bar, maybe to put there a lifeguard or a staff member to separate it. that was the only thing which we didn’t like during the stay

The bed was incredibly soft and concave - perhaps old? Twisted back on the last morning.

Some staff at spa was not friendly approaching the customers. Noise isolation in the rooms could be better. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, the towels do not dry overnight.

The hair dryer in our room was not working properly. It worked for about a minute and then it needed to "rest" to work again for another minute.

Our stay was a very good value for money. Professional staff at reception welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about our stay. The beds were comfortable and the SPA area was very nice too, multiple sauna's and two different pools, we also enjoyed the pool bar, we had a couple of very delicious coctails there. Breakfast was nice too, multiple options to choose from. The hotel is located near multiple restaurants and is near the beach.

Everything was very good but the massage was not good at all since we paid more for a professional and deep massage for my back. It felt like a rubbing on my back and that was all. And the room where the massage was, was very very cold

The bathroom could use improvements. The bar on the top floor did not have much seating and for some reason did not have a menu for non-alcoholic beverages.

Variable breakfast, on a Saturday the spa is busy, but still enjoyable. We wanted to visit the restaurant, but unfortunately it was closed for a private event. The room was comfortable.

Pool/sauna area lots of drunk misbehaved people, babies in swimming pool- absolutely disgusting,not hygienic! However there is a special pool for littles! Need more control and strict rules like they have for those who dare to smoke indoors

The view from the seventh floor of the hotel room was great, the staff was pleasant and explained everything important, the breakfast was quite good (cottage cheese scones, delicious porridge, waffles and nutella were missing), but most of all I liked the spa experience - I definitely recommend it!
