Wifi did not reach to our room, only in lobby. Strong smells of cleaning supplies after cleaning might be too much for some.

Location good, accessable with public transport and proper parkinglot for car. Room was well equipped and bed was comfy.

I prefer bathrooms with shower heads that can mount to the wall, the shower head in this bathroom was one that you have to hold constantly to use it. That is personal preference though.

I love the ease of getting to the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. I arrived much later than expected due to work, the staff were very kind and left my room key in a secure safe. The room and bathroom were clean, I enjoyed the quiteness of the area.

Strange and definitely bad smell in the corridor and stairs. Kitchen in the room without cutlery and washing up liquid - completely pointless (so what are plates and pots for?). Squeaky bed. Mold in the soap dispenser in the shower 😒

Good localization, quiet neighborhood, lots of space in the room, quite nice lady at the reception desk and free parking space. Affordable price.

Close to the hotel is situated pub with noise till 1am. If you want to sleep earlier, I do not have a chance .

Good location and "value for money". Free parking is a big plus. I liked the shared area with all needed kitchen equipment.

Would be good to have a trashbin in the studio room's kitchen, there was only one in the bathroom. No elevator or even ramp so uncomfortable to move with a baby carriage, for wheelchair would be impossible.

Looks better than in the photos, was very clean and spacious, had most of the necessary stuff. Location was good, fairly quiet area, shops were nearby. Very nice that they allow pets.

The bathroom wasn’t clean… And took 15euro for the dog. (for the cleaning it was to much for the dog,because we came to a not perfectly clean room, the toilet was dirty…) after a long trip too sleep it was also not perfect, music and sounds until early morning.

Very bad smell in the corridor. Uncomfortable bed ant very dirty mattress. We think that in the wall was a rat because we hear cratching noises.

Due to the building being demolished beside it and our room being at that side, there was a very strong stench coming from the shower and showering or toilet use was unbearable. There was a rat within the walls that bothered us so much throughout the night with its feet tapping while running across within the ceiling and it’s wall chewing within the walls. Not sure if it was fully booked, but couldn’t get a different room.

We asked the reception for a map of the city. We were told they didn't have it. Later we saw that the map was on the window table next to the front door. When we wanted to leave the parking lot, no one answered the number.

Bad smell, bugs in the bathroom, uncleaned oven with leftovers from previous cooking. Looked disgusting.

Comfortable location for arriving for a concert in Arena Riga.
