You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LatviaThe staff seemed more resigned to having to work than enthusiastic,. Blow-drier did not seem to work. Water kettle in the room would be superb.
Good place to stay. I liked the spacious room with the high ceiling. The view on the beautiful church. Excellent location close to bus terminal and small walk to the train station, Supermarket close by. Good hot shower. Clean.

It was a clean, basic room with good internet. The simplicity of the room was reflected in the price. The breakfast was individually prepared in the restaurant and was very tasty. I arrived incredibly late, but the night counter guy was very accommodating all the same.

LatviaThe room was hot even with the open windows (outside temp.30 C). The water boiler heated the bathroom and it was hot too. Could be cleaner. No shampoo in the shower.
Big room with comfortable beds. Very tasty pancakes for the breakfast. Walking distance to the city park which is beautiful. Responsive staff.

Latviain room there were 3 beds in total. 2 of them single - in very poor condition. seems like mattresses has been made in 80s. and 3rd one was sofa bed - not too bad for one night stay but is it right bed for hotel I don’t know. most of the bulbs wasn’t working and also across the lamps there were a lot of spider webs. toilet had not a lot of toilet paper - to start with it’s not a big deal but there could be spare roll just to make sure that it don’t run out. staff was very friendly how it should be in a small town.
