It was a bit loud but it was partially our fault since it was New Year celebrations.

We took "London" for New Year celebration and it was extremely fun. The flat was specious and we felt like royalty. I especially loved breakfast that staff brought to our flat on a white table.

You had to pay extra to enter the spa zone, also the location isn’t in the city centre but with a short taxi ride you’re in the old town

The room was incredible. The sauna was amazing and it is a huge suite for the price, a really special experience!

The room service was hard to reach and the breakfast selection was kind of poor - the quality however very good.

Overall the stay was amazing. The room was excellent and very well equiped. The casino and gym very really good and minibar was filled sufficiently.

It was the most beautiful room i have ever seen and visited! Definietly recommend for couples. Breakfast to bed and free jacuzzy. Sauna and golf in our room.

Royal Casino SPA & Hotel Resort redefines elegance. The suit will make you feel like a king. A marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub is something extra also. Attentive staff adds a personal touch as well. Spa area is president level also, highly recommend

You just need to be aware that the location is not "round the corner" from Old Town or Art Nouveau District. For a vacation trip the distance is walkable with passing by interesting architectural pieces on the way, AS I am there usually on a business trip, I rely a lot on taxi apps to reach meeting locations in old town.

It is a setting for a movie - in German one would call it very "kitschig", but if you are mentally prepared for that, you will enjoy very much. All ornaments and accessories are by far not cheap plastic stuff, but solid handcraft.

200 EUR deposit and 3 pages to be signed about what happens, if something will be broken or scratched or lost. Deposit we got back without any problem. On first day we waited breakfast over an hour after ordering. Next day it came after 20 min. On balcony there was no furniture. Could be some chairs at least.

Incredibly luxurious and spacious room with large balcony, perfectly clean, good and fresh room service breakfast nicely served, the best value for money that I have ever experienced, free parking in the hotel yard.

if we wanted to book the spa in the morning, it was already full. therefore we were not able to visit spa.

Very luxurious, so much room and nice bathroom with steam sauna and a big bath. We got a Dubai suite, not sure if the price was added by mistake but it was very cheap for us :) Thank you for the chance!

A small complaint but having to pay €1 for coffee pods seems a bit petty. Other than that no complaints at all.

Hotel room was amazing. Very spacious with a balcony. Probably the most spectacular hotel room we've stayed in. Spotlessly clean. Casino and disco bar opened while there and were very well run. Receptionist very friendly and helpful.

This property is a classic. when you’re tired of all the minimalistic crap in the world, visit this place and be reminded of what great craftsmanship and design is all about. I also like that they have a top class spa and massage place. it’s really awesome.

I missed the fact that the rooms are located above a busy fancy nightclub, so we were initially taken aback when we arrived quite late, reception had closed at 10pm and the bouncer wasn't aware that there is a hotel on the upper floors. Fortunately, we could not hear the loud music from our room. The hotel didn't have a working restaurant either at the time of our stay.

The rooms of this boutique hotel are exquisite, each with its own character. They are the perfect honeymoon suite if you are into baroque and everything gold plated. The shower and bathroom in our room were brilliant.
