Friendly staff. Normal standard European hotel, not luxury. There is a Maxima supermarket nearby, open to 2200. Shopping Center "Domina" about 1500m. Quality Lavazza coffee/ capuccino in the reception lobby of the hotel. Hair saloon and billiards.

Breakfast was very poor, no juice, no milk, no any kind of fruits. Breakfast served to my table withonly 2 pieces of white bread, 2 pieces of ham and cheese. And a bowl of outmeal porridge (not my favourite). And cup of black coffee..

Nice room, in its very comfortable pricing. Exellent to have one night in the room, and there was 2 shops nearby, where you can purhage goods. (There was not bar or anything to eat in late evening)

I got a room that someone smoked in before and it smelled quite unacceptable. The breakfast was of poor quality and not worth the price. (It would be ok if it cost 3-4 euro, but for 6 I expect more.)

Free parking, friendly staff, good standard quality of furniture, bathroom etc. I was able to print sth in the reception when I needed.

Restaurant servis was not good. We can’t recommend it, it was low standard. But is importamt to say, that it is separated from hotel.

Very nice personal, perfect informations about Riga and actual events. hotel is close to public transport to the city centre.

Strange smell in the room and bathroom, but not very intensive. Easy to accept. Location was good for us since we didn't need hotel close to the old town, but I think getting to the old town from here is not so obvious. There are not so many shops and restaurants around as well.

Spacious free and safe (gate) parking. Room was big and quite comfortable. Staff speaks very good English and is very helpful.

The beds could be more comfortable and maybe a bit bigger. The room was a bit small, but still ok. We would appreciate it if there was a small fridge in the room.

Good for a short stay, easy to move around by bus or taxi. Quiet rooms with basic facilities, and clean enough although outdated. The staff was good.

No sound isolation at all, I could hear everything happening in rooms nearby and rooms below. TV in my room did not work. I had non smoking room, but room had severe odour of smoke, curtains and soft furniture was soaked in cigarette smoke - you could also see burn marks on one of nightstands. Room was clean, but whole hotel needs a proper deep clean and need to get rid of those crusty bed liners and pillows-they appear not to be washed in last decade. As solo traveler female I did not feel safe here.

Good price. Shop nearby. Bus stop 5 min walking distance.

Very narrow beds, you can easily fall down when moving. W-fi on the 6th floor did not work at all. It worked only on the first floor.

Cleanliness is much better than in many same-level hotels.

Can’t say the same thing about check out .. the attitude was cold , unfriendly and very much unhelpfull with no consideration about her work duties or helping customers with their questions.

Location, parking and the price is great and so are the facilities !!! However whilst the some amenities could be updated such as charging points and TV sets could be everything else’s is great and GReat value for money - strongly recommend ! Also - whilst the check in was great , friendly and welcoming I can’t say the same thing about check out .. the attitude was cold , unfriendly and very much unhelpfull with no consideration about her work duties or helping customers with their questions.
