Gym was dirty Room service phone number didn't work so I called reception to ask them to put me through and the call was disconnected when they tried to put me through. Wrong drink delivered to room but waiter had left when we discovered the error & - of course - we couldn't reach them on the phone.

Everything absolutely beautiful location for the hotel giving it a more appeal to book, staff very helpful and very polite thank you very much - I wish I had more time I’d stay longer definitely will be staying at the Avanti on my next trip

Hotel need good refurbishment. very old furniture. What ever showed in pictures was not same. No access to sea site. Breakfast was most of times cold.

Breakfast could be much better. Swimming pool could be much better.

Location on the beach - nice looking room overlooking the beach. The breakfast is less than average. Has parking. Swimming pool is not working snd not maintained. Staff are courteous.

The breakfast is below the standard of the hotel. They refresh the towels daily ... but the issue was that during 48 there were no replacement towels available. Miramar beach was crowded and dirty, but then again, lovely in the early morning.

The rooms were very big, modern and clean. The swimming pool is great. Some of the staff members took very well care of us (Mr. Amin, housekeeping and reception, when our daughter was ill - choucran). We also loved discovering Mohammedia and taking a short train ride to explore Casablanca from there.

The lack of towels by the pool and having to beg for towels for our room. When the room was cleaned every day, the towels would disappear again and it would be hard to get some back.

The interior is not very well maintained, lots of small cracks, scratches, minor broken things that you don't expect in a 4 star hotel. It's a pity that probably customers have little respect for the place and the staff cannot manage so many issues. The staff is very slow, everything takes o lot of time. Access in the evening is difficult, crowds of locals go to the beach and the road to the hotel gates is closed by the police

Best thing about the hotel : the pool and the sea views. The pool is excellent, big, deep, extremely clean all day long, the young guys that work there are careful. The SPA is well managed and rhe services are very good( pricey but worth it)

The strong smell of cigarettes from my neighbor room, even so smoking is not allowed in rooms.... If you are a non smoking person, do request a room without smoking neighbors.

This is a good hotel for a couple of nights stay for business OR leisure. The hotel is clean and very well located HOWEVER it can be very noisy during the peak season as facing the beach and many attractions. If you are visiting the Avanti during the month of June or during the summer, choose a room facing the garden/parking and not the beach as the music can take place until very late (2 or 3 AM).

No room service via the in room phone, I had to wander around the resort to find someone even for water. The front desk kept telling me that just call room service instead of just organising themselves which was poor customer care imo. Our stay was during Eid Al Adha so they may have been short staffed. Expensive restaurant but good food, especially the fish tagine.

The location to the beach and the pool. Breakfast was plentiful. Parking was free and in an open secure car park. Wifi just ok.

The staff speak only a little English, just basics For access to the beach you need to ask at the reception but access back in it's not guaranteed as nobody is at the gate. The pool it's only open until 8:30pm which it's a little bit disappointing The surrounding is very crowdy and a bit dangerous, you will have to pay more attention to your pockets than enjoying the beach The beach it's very dirty, lots of rubbish, broken glasses and dead rats.

There were some guests fighting in front of our door at 4am, really, really loudly, so it was not possible to sleep any longer as it sounded like they were in our room. The city and a beach is full of plastic rubbish, that is really sad, but sorely not the property issue.

kind staff, they were doing their best. Mohammedia is not clean town, but the hotel itself and around it, that is well maintained and clean.

We really liked our stay at Hotel Avanti Mohammedia. The location right by the beach is great. The whole public seafront has been rebuilt very recently and is super nice for an evening walk.

The breakfast range could have been more varied, i.e. a lot more cereal choices, more bread choices, a lot more hot food options. Also, my curtains wouldn't shut.
