We liked the bedroom and the overall service and offering. They have a roped-out area on the beach which provides a towel. It is about a fifteen-minute walk very easy to get to. Don't forget to print your boarding pass before you catch your flight back. The reception will do it for free for you. The Agadir Airport will not accept digital boarding cards and there are nine checks inside the airport.

Had a private section of the beach for guests at the hotel where you could access a sun bed, towels and umbrella for free which was only a 10 minute walk. Good spa and Hammam facilities and safe space to leave bags when checking out.

Not comfortable with settee seating in dining room but this may be a Moroccan style of dining. Did not use the pool. Plastic waste hanging from top branch of pine tree was a shame but would take some ingenuity to remove!

Breakfast was really good with buffet food refreshed when needed. Coffee was excellent. Option of outside tables was used to free inside tables for use of later risers, and an overspill area at busy periods. Room was great and adequately sized. Staff were on hand at all times and security was very welcome, Booking of excursions worked well through the reception team, inspiring confidence in the ability of yje guides.

Very clean and comfortable. The meal we ate in was the best of all the Moroccan meals we had. Staff were so friendly (though so was everyone in Agadir). Having a reserved area at the beach was also great.

The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests, so there was sometimes a short wait for a table.

Location isn't great, it's about a 20 minute walk to the sea front promenade and 25 minutes to the private beach area and part of the walk is quite steep. Breakfast was ok, but not great, some fruit would be a nice addition.

Nice small hotel. Friendly staff. Good restaurant for dinner. Excellent spa (Hyatt). Private beach area is a nice facility.

Breakfast was not to my liking, I´d prefer to get more healthy things like fruitsalad and muesli etc, the bacon and egg guys are getting what they want though. Loads of sweet backery stuff. (which is not really bad...) Loved the tea. A few more power outlets in the rooms would be good. I get it, the hotel is more for holiday makers than for business travellers, but every traveller these days has several electronics with them.

Nice personnel, their english was okay, menu in english as well. Nice little pool. Good tea menthe - but thats a given in Marocco...the electric shades worked quite well.

Great location (10 min walk to the beach front with restaurants) and helpful staff. Excellent car park if you are hiring a car for the holiday. Breakfast was good. Pool area looked nice but it was too cold for us to use (January). I would recommend this hotel for a few nights stay.

We were happy with everything. We divided our days between organised trips out and exploring Agadir. Although the hotel has no lift, (or balcony in the room), this did not matter to us - (there are only three floors). We enjoyed sitting out beside the pool area. The staff were attentive and helpful.

It was friendly, traditional, a good service and well presented. We particularly liked the good choice at breakfast, the atmosphere and lighting around the pool decoration of the stairway - and the central location and thefacility of the private section of the beach.

Window so high in bedroom there was not much view If we had been told about the roof top terrace we would have booked in for longer - only found it as we were about to leave because we felt claustrophobic in our bedroom. Alcohol was quite expensive

The breakfast was ok, kept running out of things, no variation on menu, tables not clean. I actually think it requires a supervisor to monitor everything and keep on top of it. I paid extra for a pool view, it’s not actually a pool view unless you stand on tip toes and lean out of window over the 500mm ledge. When I questioned this at reception they agreed with me but still charged me the extra.

Lots of people travel light these days so it's nice to have toiletries available at the hotel. There was a minimum.. shower gel/shampoo dispensers and soap but that was it!! sun destinations need conditioner and body lotion !!The food in the restaurant was good but not a huge choice of Moroccan food unfortunately! I had a street facing room so it was a little noisy at times but it didn't stop me from sleeping..

The hotel is quirky but in a good way. It's a bit back from the beach(private beach) but within walking distance 10mins. There are lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc in the area so there are always people around which makes it feel very safe and secure day or night. The hotel staff are very welcoming and attentive from the reception, to the bar to the restaurant to the cleaning ladies, I can't say enough. The pool area and rooftop area are lovely. I would have liked to have been able to have a drink up on the rooftop in the evening but this didn't seem to be available it's probably the time of year...there's a bar up there!!!! Cosy comfy and relaxing place I will definitely go back again!! I hope!

It was not the cleanest place. Bed linen and towels were fresh, but the room floor and furniture were a bit dusty. I had to push the bed towards the wall to make space for my yoga mat, and there was dust and sand under the bed. Also, at least in my bathroom, there was a problem with the water draining. When I arrived, I noticed that the sink was seriously clogged, which was quickly solved after I informed the reception. However, when taking showers, the water would always overflow the shower tray a bit, thus the water wasn’t draining properly.

It’s located in a very central place, which is good for people who like to get to know the cities by walking around, which is my case 🙂
