The shower did not have a curtain or anything around it which made our showers very splashy.

Smooth check-in process, nice room, and good location. Breakfast was not available in this hotel during Ramadan, which was fine. Mohammed was really helpful, polite, and professional, so I'd like to give him a special shout-out.

There was instant coffee and tea pods on the table - but no electric kettle. That I found funny. Other than that nothing really stood out. Bathroom was clean so I was happy

Mohammed greeted us and was very friendly. We only stayed one night as another hotel had cancelled but should have booked this place first time round! The location was convenient, friendly staff and comfy bed.

My room was close to a very busy road, there was no food provided at the hotel. The hotel advertised rooms with breakfast. There is no breakfast! There is no catering at this hotel whatsoever! The photos show a roof terrace with tables!

The staff were very helpful, particularly Walid who kindly let me check in early and the cleaner who kindly had the room ready 2 hours early for me! The hotel is centrally located in Ouarzazate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the authentic decor it felt calm and relaxing. Fairly close to everything that's needed for a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed and bedding. Peaceful nights sleep. Plenty of toilet paper.

In an excellent place, close to everything but still calm. We were greeted by Walid, who gave us some tea, and was there all the time to help us with everything we needed. He was lovely and extremly helpful! Hotel is very clean, and comfortable. We had a great stay!

Simple hotel in a central part of Ouarzazate. Nicely decorated in Moroccan motives, clean. Room had a view onto the mountains and a balcony. Close to everything and good value for money. 10 min walk to the bus station. Staff is very friendly, Mohamed was very kind.
