Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is a lot of noise nuisance from trafic, therefore it's difficult to have a good rest and sleep

Some additional details I think are worth mentioning as constructive points: In regards to the room, the mattress is quite hard. Moreover, it caught my attention that only one roll of toilet paper was provided, which was insufficient, and I had to request an additional one because it ran out. Regarding breakfast, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance. The toaster wasn't functioning properly, and I noticed the lack of fruit options, which I consider a healthy and necessary choice for some guests. As for the scrambled eggs, they didn't seem to be well-prepared and lacked an appetizing presentation. Although I was eager to eat them, I felt they could have been better cooked.
It smelled good and the cleanliness was spectacular. The receptionist who spoke Spanish and the location is spectacular, very close to the beach and the restaurant area.

We asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. Turning the air-con on and opening the window meant the smell of smoke didn't linger
Standard was as you would expect from an Ibis - very satistactory without being 5 star. We booked at very short notice and were allwed to check into our room early which was hugely appreciated.

I would like to see a breakfast included for the price.

i really don't want to write anything negative because my stay at ibis was excellent but i want to say the person i saw on day shift was reluctant to give me information, i don't know his name , he was good dealing with the hotel but hje didn't want to give me any information that was not to do with the hotel, i asked him locations of nightclubs and bars he simply said he didn't know and i would have to ask someone else as i was walking out other staff and security people directed me to the places i wanted to know about, there were a quite a few places within a very short distance from ibis, maybe this person didn't like me for some reason because how can he not know about nightclubs just within a few hundred meters from the hotel
the hotel was in an excellent location everything i needed was within walking distance, night clubs bars eateries and the beach, the staff mainly ahmed the night shift reception was excellent he went out of his was to help me in anything i needed and very polite, he was the main person i saw as i was out all day everyday, i just went back to the hotel at night

Nothing we were happy with it all.
The hotel was absolutely fine for the money. We were near the station and the sea promenade. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was excellent but was not part of the deal. Our room looked out over the construction of another hotel but that did not matter to us. I would like to have decafine coffee on offer at breakfast or at the bar. All else was very good.

Bathrooms are small you can hardly stand straight by the sink as it’s blocked by the toilet . Rooms are small and the floor wasn’t clean . This worse branch compare to the one in Agadir and Casablanca. The Casablanca branch is the best of all and cheaper as well .
