There is still room for improvment in terms of maintainance and services. The cpnstruction site is just near the hotel, so noise was quite disturbing

Unfortunately the rooms are not clean and really need a renovation. There was many dirty spots on walls, doors, and cupboards. The curtains are full of dust, and the balcony needed some cleaning.

The staff is absolutely lovely, and they was over our expectations. So warm, welcoming, helpful. We would go back to only meet the amazing staff. Breakfast is also great, with a chef making ur choice of eg/omelette. The hotel is actually really big.

I have been staying in the hotel for years, but unfortunately, it has been let down after the covid. The hotel could do with refurbishments

I booked without breakfast, so they didn't tell me where breakfast or other meals were available - fair enough, but a pointer would have been useful. I think they might have been in the conference area, but I wasn't sure, so I didn't go there. A menu with prices in the room would have been helpful. A bit of a walk to restaurants or shops.

I was a bit worried given reviews here, but I found it to be a comfortable stay in a decent hotel. It was clearly a case of faded glory - a refurbishment would help - but it was also very comfortable, everything was working, and it met my needs. I could pay for the room by card. Easy parking outside, and close to the university. I eventually found the bar, and it was possible to take alcohol purchased there back to the room.

They need to improve the cleaning part ,the light in the room and throughout the hotel was on the low side not clear as it should be ,the food in the buffets wasn’t great I was disappointed,a la carte food wasn’t bad,the toilet seat was broken,in general it was a nice experience,I would go back one day .

The elevator responds to calls once out of 10 times id say, i mostly used the stairs during my stay. The staff was nice overall but the manager lady (or whoever she was) was so bad mannered, very poor customer service on her behalf, the rest of the staff seemed to be her minions, you could tell she had power within her establishment which wasn't actually real power cause her establishment itself was decent looking at best. The maids did their daily jobs flawlessly, the shower was a pain in the butt tho, the shower could only aim straight at the wall, not on you, not on the floor. The little walk from the street to the hotel was sooo poorly maintained (broken roads/trash all around/abandoned buildings) but i suppose that's not really the hotel's fault but the cities for neglecting it idk?

The hotel's built decently far away from the street so it's peaceful with no noise pollution, the beds were clean and comfy.

We stayed for four nights. You can tell the property needs a good refurbish, but you get what you pay for. faulty items in room like fridge wasn’t working, plug sockets hanging out etc. Also the major thing for me was we couldn’t access Wi-Fi from the rooms, so sometimes we had to hang out in the communal areas just to be able to pick up Wi-Fi or would literally be sitting in your hotel rooms bored for the night. breakfast was also very basic but had to make do. staff were pleasant but probably wouldn’t stay again. hopefully they are able to refurbish at some point in the future as it has potential to improve. unfortunately forgot to take pictures.

pool area was the nicest part. good location, not too far from anywhere, shops, medina etc.

The first thing that I experienced on reception it was impossible to pay by card. I didn’t have cash so far, so I asked to settle in my room and pay later the same day. I was rejected to get the room before I pay. Everything in the hotel was old and in a bad state. When I entered the room I realized that the toilet flush didn’t work and the toilet was leaking water.

The bed was comfy and big.

In terms of the room there is no kettle, cups, tea, water or coffee. You are forced to buy your own kettle. The rooms and hotel itself needs upgrading and carpets seems old. Hairdryer wasnt working, the deposit safe was available but not in use in all rooms. In terms of breakfast it was not international. The buffet was the same everyday and very poor. No variety at all. In terms of towels there were none when checking in and we had to wait everyday for towels. Swimming pool was very cold No water hose in bathrooms or the qibla direction was not available Bathrooms in basement too small to go in and close door Escalators were not set up properly if I choose floor 1 it goes to floor 2

Only one cheese option in the breakfast, increasing the variety would be appreciated.

The rooms was unbearably hot as the air conditioning was very weak. The hotel offered us a number of alternative rooms but they were all the same. A fan did help.
