First night we were put in a room on the ground floor which was dark. The next day we were moved to the floor above which was bright and very pleasant.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff, particularly Abdul and Mohal. Thanks also to the chef and kitchen staff for tasty meals.

We would have liked to stay longer! ...but we were on a tight schedule and sadly, after checking in later (7:30pm), we needed to be on our way to our next destination just after breakfast.

First and foremost we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property to future visitors. The service was exceptional from check in to breakfast (very good) to check out. It was thoughtful, friendly, and enthusiastic at times :) Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and somewhat private/quiet with its location at the end of the property. Unfortunately we didn't have time for the pool and many games provided (I really wanted to play chess!) but we did take advantage of the wonderful rooftop views.

I imagine if it were a hot day and the pool was hopping, my room on the ground floor would not have been quiet. But thankfully I did not have this problem. It may be quieter to ask for a room upstairs, further from the pool and dining room.

The staff was exceptionally hospitable during my one night stay. It was an oddly cool and windy day, so I didn't need the pool or air conditioning (which was the reason I splurged on a pricey place). But I was happy to book this hotel after all. My room was large, clean, and well decorated. There was music playing outside my window in the courtyard and when I asked Muha if he could lower it a bit, he graciously did so. Dinner was quite good and the dining room had the ambiance of an elegant hotel. It also had nice views from the terrace up top. I slept late, planning to skip breakfast, but didn't count on their deep hospitality. A bit after 11am I received a knock on the door asking if I was ok and did I want breakfast outside or inside. I was planning to have a protein bar, but they served my full breakfast at 11:30am, by the pool!

Rooms are very big and clean. Extremely comfortable place to stay! Authentic amazigh rooms, nice hot water showers with good water pressure. Multiple air conditioning units in family room. Amazing! Highly recommend !

Dinner a little expensive for 5 people.

What a beautiful Kasbah in an oasis of gardens. The staff were so helpful, they immediately sorted us out with another suite when the air con went kaput in the troglodyte cave room. Additionally, making space in the kitchen fridge to chill our own wine and drinks. The clean and well maintaned pool was such a welcome relief from the heat. Dinner and breakfast exceptional, although we did eat out often in Boulmaine, a lovely friendly town. And a lot cheaper. Lots of activities including a cinema room! Great location for exploring the Dades Valley.

My friend and I rented the tower room. It was both cute and comfortable. The swimming. Pool is incredible. The Restaurant is absolutely delicious. They have a chef who is really top-notch. We ate there several times and it was delicious.
