Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

A wonderful hotel with amazing facilitities! The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were huge and the food was great. We made us of the surfing and yoga lesson and really enjoyed both! There are a lot of cats and dogs at the venue but we loved that and my daughter really enjoyed meeting them all!

MoroccoThe pool is a little small but I guess a swim in the sea made up for it as the hotel is directly by the beach.
Absolutely loved the spacious room, the yoga lessons and fabulous breakfast. The staff were incredibly tentative without being overbearing and made sure we're were comfortable and had everything we needed.the hotel is very well considered and felt they got everything just right. The atmosphere, style of hotel and facilities were perfect.

FranceThe kitchen was not so well equipped (no real cutting knife or boards, for example). Also the food and surf board rental was quite expensive compared to elsewhere in Taghazout. But if you have a car no problem as you can easily move around.
Very spacious apartments (we were upgraded for free upon arrival) and direct access to the beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Beautiful property and the yoga classes in the morning were amazing!

United KingdomThe food, over priced and not that nice,, some meals where ok but on average it was at best ok. I would say keep the authentic Moroccan but limited and replace with fresh heathy dishes and perhaps a bbq at the beach restaurant.

United KingdomCould be a bit better signed as I had to do a lot of exploring to find the different places but was fun to wander
Beautifully laid out and on various levels or arrangements for different likes. There was the pool area, then the sandy beach lounger area, the grassy lounger area (on the beach but less sand to bring back to the room), the zen garden, the fire pit, the beach bar etc. it gave the impression of being able to find different atmospheres in the same hotel

United KingdomNot enough places to sit inside when the weather wasn’t good.
Authentic style of architecture, laid out around a pool area and in front of the beach, several choices of restaurant and various places to lie in the sun. Good glass screens you can shield from the wind. Loved the yoga studio and classes. Great hammam and massage.

AustraliaThe only thing would say is that the food in the restaurants on site was quite expensive for what it was in comparison to other restaurants and cafes in the area. The pool bar food was a lot better than the fish restaurant. That being said it wasn’t the worst food in the world, we just found other amazing food in the local area for a fraction of the price.
Lots to do in a great location. Choice of beach and pool. The beach was beautiful. Lots of animals to cuddle made our stay even better! Great gym facility, it’s rugged and rustic but does the job. A great place to train with a stunning view. Plenty of equipment to do a proper gym session. Cocktails were great. Bed was super comfy and the suite was HUGE. We had so much space and a great addition was the fridge and kitchen facilities. Gowns and towels provided meant we were super comfortable during our stay. Staff were exceptional and welcoming, the service was great. The breakfast which was included was incredible, you could literally have anything and everything-freshly squeezed orange house and omelettes were a hit!

GermanyFood could be better. A good variety at breakfast but it seems like they forget to use salt and spices. The food in the restaurants for dinner was not good at all and way to expensive. That was very disappointing. The service is also not very friendly, the don’t say hello unless you say it, not very helpful and customer orientated either. The prices in general are expensive, e.g. yoga (18€), also the food. The rooms are cleans in general but need some deep cleaning like very dirty fugues. All in all it was ok for our reduced price but not super special and wouldn’t pay the regular price.
Very beautiful garden and beach, big room and balcony with nice view.

Lovely relaxing resort. They went above and beyond to make up for an error. After a bad start - we didn’t have the child seat they’d confirmed for the transfer and the child cot was not in the room when we arrived at 9pm - they really made up for it, we were upgraded to a huge suite and the price for the transfer was refunded. Food was good. Beach nice. Massage great! Friendly helpful staff

AustraliaThe Prestige suite is a spacious two bedroom apartment with free secure on-site parking, wifi and cable tv. Our rate included a complimentary buffet breakfast which offered a wide variety of dishes. The beach at the resort is very clean, the pool is great and the resort offers a lot of activities to keep everyone entertained. Taghazout town is a 10 minute drive away.

IrelandReally cannot think of anything
We loved absolutely everything about our stay here . The beach was stunning , the sound of the waves at night . We had a junior suite and it was extremely spacious and very well laid out beautiful patio. The whole grounds of Paradis Plage are just exceptional along with the kindness and friendliness of the staff. The yoga Shaka was definitely the best I’ve practiced in and our Yoga teacher Carlston was top class. I highly recommend taking yoga classes while here it is rare to find such a good teacher . The breakfast was another highlight with so many options and all freshly prepared . This resort was above and above our expectations it is a must if visiting this part of the coast . The perfect blend of five star luxury , relaxation and yet a personal touch . They really are hitting all the right notes . We look forward to returning and will be recommending this place to anyone hitting to Morocco

FranceThe hotel made it mandatory to spend the new year's eve there (or at least they charge you 150€ per person mandatory) and this was NOT CLEARLY said on Booking. It was to be found in the micro details, but it doesn't appear on the booking price. However for a 10 nights stay, this bumped the total invoice +10%, so it is a huge miss from booking (the hotel are very straightforward about it and if you reserve directly they tell you before you book). The party was very beautiful but for that (mandatory) price, you don't even get alcohol at the table and you have to pay alcohol on top, so the overall bill comes out at 200+ per person, which is a mandatory "surprise" that was very unpleasant.
The concept is great, well managed, endless surf & yoga possibilities so it lives to its word!
