Serious maintenance issues. Outer door needed hard pushing and pulling. Bathroom door glass was loose because of a frame damage. Taps in bath leak. Clearly some plaster came off in Bath.

The TV had a satellite connection but no channel really worked. Not that important, but would've been nice to have a working TV to unwind for a few minutes at the hotel.

Old-fashioned (in a very good way) hotel very close to the Marina and the market. The rooms are very clean, and the sea-view rooms have a nice view and a great sea breeze. Bathrooms were big and clean.

1. Not much facilities, just one restaurant and pool was in the works 2. Restaurant didn't have much options for vegetarians and was closed out for private party so ended up order food from outside.

inexperienced bartender did not know how to mix drinks. Offered champagne grape cognac when requested a glass of champagne.

We were very warmly welcomed at this hotel, and all the staff we encountered were very polite, friendly and helpful. Ossama at reception was particularly kind and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was on a main avenue, but the room was quiet, and everything within an easy walk. The bar, restaurant and pool area were again very pleasant with kind and attentive staff, especially Aziz in the bar. I would recommend this hotel and would certainly like to stay there again soon.

Honestly everything was great price-location.

The staff and the location. And they recommend a taxi driver from the hotel named Ali who was great, we did a day-trip whit him and was so kind and tell us the history of the region so well, it was more like a tour guide than a taxi. Thank Ali

Doors but noisy, I heard how neighbours closed there at night. Hot water needs to wait for a while.

Great hotel for that money. Large room with balcony. Two wardrobes and a clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great choice of breakfast with nice views of the sea. I will definitely stay there next time.

The bed had a hard spot, but wasn’t horrible. We like firm beds and they suited us. Also we would have liked to watch a movie or something on the TV, but it wasn’t a smart TV to get a streaming service.

We loved the location and the staff were very nice. They answered questions and helped with taxis. Breakfast had a wonderful variety. I loved that the bottom of the tub was not tile. :-)

The location was perfect and restaurant is upgraded and has a great view of the Marina. Parking is available in the garage which is more safe than on the busy road.

I did not like the fact that when checked in, they assigned us a room with a balcony. There were many flies in the room and there were employees working on restoring the side of the building facing the balcony whom we could see when opening the curtains. We had to request a room change. Why would they give us that kind of room to start with ? Another issue was that around 11pm, while in deep sleep, somebody knocked at our room door like the police would do to arrest somebody at home. There was so much noise in the hall of the 4th floor. First, it was scary and our sleep was interrupted. I could not get back to sleep until 3 hours later. We called the reception. Next day, as we inquired about that at the reception, we were told that those things may happen.

the toilet could do with updating, it leaked from the bottom and was wobbly every time you sat on it it sounded like it was going to break, not really clean in the bathroom around the toilet area due to this, this was our most expensive stay in morocco over two weeks and not really worth the extra. we had much nicer accommodation in the medina for way less. but for the convenience of finding it late at night we booked this.

we only stayed one night arrived late so was just a stop over, we paid for a room with a balcony and on arrival didn't get that room i went to reception and said i had specifically paid more to be told there was none available, i was not accepting that so they found one.... balcony was terrible so dont bother paying extra for one. bed was comfortable and we both slept well so that was a bonus, request a room at the back so your not onto the main road for noise. breakfast was good with lots of choice and in a lovely room with friendly staff.

Staff super nice and welcoming, really available and always with the smile. Everything was clean and comfortable and we were even able to park the car at the garage for a small fee, which was really a plus in the centre of Tanger. Breakfast was yummy and the view was stunning. 🙏🏻

A cute little hotel in a great location, just on the outside edge of the medina. Very walkable and also easy to access with a car. The hotel was nicely decorated, the staff were pleasant. The room: spacious and clean, had a nice little juliet balcony to watch the hustle and bustle of the city, and was quiet and dark at night, which is important to us. Discounted parking in a private garage across the street was convenient and easy to access. We would definitely return.
